Charlie took care of us tonight. By far the most kind & thoughtful subway experience I’ve had, so good I had to shout him out. He was so patient. He kept asking if there was enough sauce/veggies on my sub, never have had someone ask me that before. He was seriously soooo nice! Whatever he is getting paid is not enough with how much service he provided. Thank you so much for making us feel so taken care of & special, Charlie!

Subway is still excellent. Great, five-star service from Brandon behind the counter. Thank you for the delicious sub sandwich! The "Italian Hero" sub that is being promoted right now in the news is delicious, incidentally. Located next to Taco Bell. Bathrooms work. Purchasing subs every day to eat for lunch at the shop in maple grove. Celebrating a raise & promotion to engineer at work at the shipping facility with a dinner outing.

Want to give a quick shout out to Chris (I believe I have got the name correct...apologize if not) from the subway store at Rockford road. I had a case of an apparent double order where the online website said my cart was invalid/expired after making a payment. However it went ahead and placed my order. Unaware of this, I placed another order for the same. I realized this when I went to the store for the pickup. However, Chris (who I believe is the supervisor) assured me to call him if Subway customer service did not help. Kudos to Chris for helping me solve this without giving the run around. At the same time, I realize that Subway has a lot to improve in it's website experience. a) Basic order notifications are not sent out. Who in this day and age does not send email notifications. Apparently only subway b) Have a customer service that can help people. Had it not be for Chris, I would have abandoned a franchise that does keep customers at it's forefront. c) Please audit you application for errors experiences. If I have to rate the experience based on this particular online order experience, I will give it 0 stars.
