Excellent food, quality dishes, large portions. The price was not small however well worth it for the quality and atmosphere of this resturaunt.
It is quite possible to make a meal out of apps especially the mini chilichangas which are very filling but if you can only choose one appetizer go for the pan fried queso. It's excellent!
We plan to make it a continuing stop on our search for local cuisine.
Came for happy hour and dinner while back in NJ for a family wedding. Since we wanted Mexican food, we decided to give Margaritas Mexican Restaurant a try. Boy am I glad we did! The food was delicious with a wide variety of food options to choose from. I decided to try the Bean Enchilada it was plentiful and amazing. Our server, Katie L. made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive and pleasant. We are contemplating a move to Toms River and if it happens we will definitely be regulars!
I have always liked this place. It has its hit or miss moments, with details I wont get into. But bartender Katie is awesome!!!! And I am not easy to please. She is sweet, funny, attentive, and has amazing customer service! She is legit and I will continuing coming here as usual because food and drinks are always great! Love you Katie!!!!! Katie is one of the best bartenders I have ever encountered!!!!!
Good service and very fast! The waiters are also kind. The food was good. I got the beef tacos and the beef and shell was very good! The rice that came on the side I didn’t really care for. Came out a bit cold and didn’t really taste right. Other than that, delicious food.
Our first time there and we really enjoyed our experience. With a party of 6 our waitress was absolutely amazing. Friendly, fast and genuine. The food was amazing and the portions were enough to have leftovers. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
First time here. Salsa wonderful with just a hint of spice. The Del Mar fish tacos were crispy and delicious. If you can't decide which flavor of margaritas to have, try the flight. All were tasty and perfect for sharing. And make sure to go with a hightop in the bar area; Diane our server was perfect!
