I’ve been to this location several times and usually the service is slow. There are definitely large crowds during rush hour(s) but even during non-peak hours the service still lacks in swiftness. If it were only the lack of swiftness I would give it a 3 star because the customer service could also improve, especially for a corporate giant like Starbucks who brands themselves as an “experience.” But I really have to give them 2 stars because 9/10 when I come to this location it’s messy and there are no napkins. The whole aspect of this great experience gets hindered behind all of these issues ! Please do better because the customers come back for the experience and I’ve personally seen many people walk in but then walk right out because of some of these problems. I will give them this : the drinks taste as they should and the location is convenient for students / people on the CPP campus.

Super slow. I ordered online (mobile order) and waiting 45 minutes for a tall hot mocha. Barely made it to my class on time.

The usual goodness Starbucks offerings. The employees are very kind, they messed up my drink and gave the correct one with a free muffin. A very nice gesture. The space is small and compact and the lines are pretty long but worth the wait!

They are so slow. I just went to get some water and I was literally waiting for 7 minutes and I still didn't get water. I had to ask for my container back.

I used to come here to order my drinks and pay cash or credit card.This time I pay by my gift card on app in the store by the cashier.She tells me to wait here and my drink will be ready but it never comes. Back to staff to ask my drink and one of them (not Cashier) tells me if I pay by my gift card,my drink will in another Starbucks. Come here,pay here,wait here but drink there RIDICULOUSLY.No REFUND NO DRINK AT ALL( July 9,2019 @ 1:46 .I know that they made wrong drink for me but they didn't tell me the truth.One Venti Matcha Green Fap( my ordered Venti Mocha Fap) on counter w nobody pick up in 1 hour and name is GIFT. HEY I KNOW WHAT YOU TALK ABOUT, IT FOR PEOPLE ORDER ONLINE AND PAY BY GIFTCARD ON APP.I AM IN DIFFERENT CASE, I CAME AND ORDER AND PAID HERE. AT LEAST YOU MUST TELL ME THE TRUTH AND I COULD TAKE MATCHA GREEN FAP BUT YOU DIDN'T SINCE YOU ARE WORRY TO REMAKE MY DRINK.BE CAREFUL IF THEY PUSH YOU IN THAT CASE WHEN PAY BY GIFT CARD.
