This has got to be the worst Jamba Juice I’ve ever had the misfortune of trying out.
The staff ignored customers, one of the girls was hiding in the back the whole time,
They didn’t take anyone’s order for 20 minutes
And then when I finally got to order, they were out of strawberries and other fruit
Always healthy, never disappointed. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Rude staff - Sophia. Worst customer service. Not her first complain either. Definitely needs training on how to provide good service. I will not come back again
Unwarranted terrible customer service, how hard is it to take someone's order without being rude?
Always nice, clean, and has healthy options. Just keep in mind the cost of a drink will run the same price as a meal.
It's a small, cute place. The green tea is so good!! The consistency is just right and it's not too sweet either.
