Definitely taking all my cars here, plus telling everyone we know. They fixed the dent on my wifes passenger door and painted it plus other pieces that were close to door so everthing would look like the other pices. Plus the owners are truly amazing people!

If I could give zero stars i would worst place ever rude people always mess your order up and tell you it's right then you drive off and realize it's wrong they refuse to give you your money back but when you call you they forget to put there phone on silent when there fighting in the back ground and calling you names! Drive to the one on foothill I love them this place sucks dont waste your money or time !

Very nice! Tried the new breakfast bagel with bacon. Not saying it is like going to a place that just makes bagels, but 2 for 5 and convinent; nice.

I Love it here. It's great service all the time they never got my order wrong. But, I notice the prices are a little more then a regular one I think its because it the only Jack around off the Freeway. Ice cream is good.

I want to tell you about my experience today at your store 2021 N Towne Ave, Pomona, CA 91767. I was driving to LA today and on my way we stopped at the store and went through the drive thru. I ordered the Asian Chicken sandwich and added a piece of Pork Belly to it for $1.49. I was charged for both. I left the drive thru and got back on the freeway and went to eat my sandwich. My order was wrong. It had no chicken. I called the store. It rang for a long time then someone picked it up and hung up. I called again and a young woman answered. I explained why I was calling and she asked me if I could come back today or tomorrow? I said no but I can come next week. I wasn't even mad as I understand mistakes happen. She acknowledges that there was no chicken after she spoke to someone. She then tells me I need to bring the sandwich back with me! I said what?? You made the mistake, I can not come back, I went through he drive thru because I was hungry and now I have to not eat and bring the mistake back to you a week later?? She got the store manager on. The manager tells me the same thing, she proceeds to tell me that because of the cost of food being so high that they would need the sandwich back. I said I would like to speak to the district manager. She tells me that the district manager is the one who says that...I AM SO ANGRY...It is UNREASONABLE to ask for a sandwich back a week later when it was your mistake. And they where aware there was no chicken as the admitted to knowing it. I will not be coming back to that store EVER...AND I WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION FOR THE $4.99 sandwich plus the $1.49 pork belly. I expect for someone to contact me...Not to mention that the manager is RUDE!!
