Ordered a Whopper with cheese, got charged for 2 cheese and given the impossible burger instead. Called to let them know and no answer. Now I have to drive back to get my money back.

Have it they're way, ive had bad burgers the last 2 times I've gone there. Most distressing is the stale buns.what happened?
Note to Management both of your bathrooms are out of order? There is ketchup on the walls the lighting is not good its to dim. I almost didnt come in i thought it was closed. The staff is nice good quality food. I will be contacting corporate with these concerns.
