I believe the cashier's name was Khan(not sure), either way I went in to cash in my scratchers. There was a customer behind me so I offered to scratch the bar codes so he could tend to the customer behind me, he ignored me. He never greeted me with a hello ,welcome or anything. He only spoke when he mentioned the amount I was owed. Seemed like he had an attitude but I realized maybe he just didn't want to service me because the customer (older male/caucasian) spoke to the cashier and he eagerly replied. I greeted him and didn't get a response at all, not trying to imply there's racism but I noticed the difference. I will never go back to such a place with poor customer service.

Very bad 711. Overpriced on some items and their internet Service is always down . So we cant use debit or credit cards to pay... I understand it can happen. But all the time ? Come on... plus coffe is always COLD OR THERE IS NO MORE LEFT... we have to go overthere to tell them coffe is out. Then wait like an unappreciated customer till the coffe is ready.... plus this location is always dirty outside and there are alot of homeless people standing outside even on the door sometimes. I will never go back to this location

Rude customer service. Will not be going here I’ll rather go to the liquor store down the way.

The worst people work here and the store often overcharges so you MUST doublecheck your receipts at this place. Some ex con who is normally sweeping the parking lot was behind the counter one evening. I stop in to grab myself a MtDew and so I fill up a DoubleGulp. But the Dew looks really light in color. I taste it and it is totally watery. I tell ex con boy and he says that MtDew is out. So I think, no prob, I'll just grab a couple 2 liters which are advertised as 2 for $3. Ex con rings those up and I notice that they didn't give me the right discount... it is $3.69 instead of $3. Ex con first cops attitude saying it was CRV. I proved him wrong and tell him I'll just talk to the manager about it... I'm referring to talking to the manager when I come back some other time but ex con guy calls over some chubby black haired lady who must be his handler or something because a special needs guy like this shouldn't be left counting money all by himself. Chubby lady immediately says the same thing about CRV in some condescending attitude. I prove her wrong too. She starts with the usual stuff about 'Pepsi only', yada yada. She demands I show her where it says 2L are 2for3. I walk her over to the fridge and she starts getting more attitude because I'm right. She pulls down the advertisement card and we both go back to the register. She decides she will refund me the difference in price which she thinks is $0.51. Ex con starts insulting me and I tell him that the store needs to be charging people the right amounts and they need to fix this. Ex con starts tripping because low EQ people like him think everything is personal and he keeps saying things like "quit saying it's me". I tell him at least once that it isn't anything personal about him and I'm referring to the store, not him. Then I tell chubby lady that she needs to give me the difference in sales tax too. Ex con boy starts tripping when I say this and insulting me verbally again. Chubby lady is clueless and cannot do math... tells me it wouldn't matter... I school her and tell her that sales tax is almost 10% in Cali and so if she overcharged me 51 cents for the price, that means she owes me another 5c in sales tax that I had to pay also. I tell her just refund and then ring it up at the right price and she will see what I am talking about. At this point ex con boy starts tripping even more and tosses my cash at me and starts yelling at me to get out. I ask when the manager will be in this dynamic duo tells me I can come in at 11. I tell them I won't plan to be there exactly at 11 and to tell me what range of time the manager will be there because I presume the manager isn't at the store only at 11... both of them start tripping more and ex con has lost control and ordering me to leave. I ask for my receipt back so I can use it to discuss with the manager... ex con boy tells me he won't give me my receipt. Me and ex con boy are getting into a heated argument. His chubby handler orders him to give me the receipt so he then prints a copy... his fast fingers must have done something to the original, prison style. Ex con and I continue to have more heated words and as I'm finally leaving he makes some racist comments.

Good People Very Clean Store love this store close to my house very nice employees well organized fresh coffee

I worked for this 711recently and I must say these people were the absolute worst employers you can imagine I was sexually harassed by one of my co workers more than 3 times when I told my employer they said they would pursue an investigation they then came to the conclusion that I was hit on the mid back rather than my bottom and even went to the extent of making me sign a paper explaining so ( to cover there own ass I'm Sure ) I shouldn't have signed that paper. Thinking back I should have sued not sure if I can do anything about it now. Besides that it's not a nice place to be everything is overpriced my manager would also put back EXPIRED FOOD on deli rack so be warned on that be prepared to be judged for how you look, suspected of stealing, and being watched like a prisoner.

I'm always in and out of here super fast so I don't mind at all... weird location for one because of the light right by the corner. Can get pretty hectic sometimes..
