Very friendly, hard working employees. Went Saturday night, they were pack but still had a friendly greeting and the services was unmatched. The two employees both had smiles the entire time. Great experience
We are not big on ice cream but we always make an exception for this place. Great atmosphere, incredible concoctions and the best are the people that work there. From the time you walk through the door till you leave, they have smiles on their faces and are friendly and professional.
Pariss was Amazing...... she was so polite. I didn’t feel rushed trying to chose my flavor and her customer service skills are on point. Definitely will be returning because of Pariss. She is a keeper and deserves a raise.
I tried cold stone for the first time a few weeks ago and a second time today and it was good, the same girl who helped me the first time was there again and she’s just so nice and patient.
This is my favorite ice cream shop for the past few years. Got introduced to them while in college and I'm sold on the idea of mix-ins. Their waffle bowls are amazingly fresh. You pick your base ice cream and mix in your favorites or use of their pre-determined favorites.
Nice place , im a fan of cold stone , fresh, rich, tasty ice cream ! Servers are always nice and try to get you in and out . Servers are very nice and understanding when im indecisive about my ice cream and i sample them all !
Chocolate Devotion or German Chocolate Cake ice cream is a dream for all chocolate addicts like myself. Franz is the best server. Waaaaay better staff and ice cream quality than Dairy Queen.

Next to Panera at Pompano center. The nicest servers snd tastiest ice cream. I admit that I have skipped the nuturest food at Panera at have the decadent ice cream at cold stone. My Cardiologist Doctor would shake his finger at me and say "Dummy don't you listen to your heart snd not to the 5 year old in your brain. Try the chocolate on chocolate ice cream.
You can build your own milk shake. Price is not the best but where else can you build your own shake!?
Cold Stone Creamery is the place to be. Inside Pompano Citi Center. After Breyer's, Haagen Dazs and even Carvel Ice Cream chain stores, Cold Stone is your best bet for top notch ice cream. If you are a chocolate lover like me, go for the Chocolate Devotion or the Mint Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream combibations. Seeing how its Christmas time, try their Dark Chocolate Peppermint ice cream (the ice cream itself or the Chocolate Peppermint Perfwction combo). Like I said earlier, Cold Stone Creamery is the place to be for ice cream.
Great place. Once in a while they even have rum raisin icecream. They keep it in the back. You got to ask for it, if it is one you like.
Workers were nice. It wasn't the cleanest Cold Stone I've been to but the shopping center was very clean.
