I like IHOP. I visit once in a while when I don't feel like making breakfast. Their food just never disappoint. The service was great! However, there were conversations between the employees that were not work-related nor decent so that was a bit uncomfortable.

We arrived and there was a bit of a rush but they quickly sat us down in about 5 minutes and our waitress was fantastic, memorized our order and was down to earth and kind. I’ve eaten here many times, but today is my first time leaving a review. I had to because they served as super fast (10 minutes) and our food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Also, our waitress was genuinely friendly and compassionate and earned every dollar that she was tipped.
We always get awesome service from the staff there. Crazy busy on weekends of course but we went on. Friday afternoon and had the whole place to ourselves
Best food at any of the IHOPs. We aye Spicy Poblano omelet served with pancakes. Food was hot temp wise and delicious!
The server made me feel as if you went to visit an aunt and they made sure i got comfortable and fed.

Melanie the server is wonderful. Her colleagues, well not as spot on. Generally great food. Quality and taste is fantastic and fairly great value. Big ups to Melanie she’s always friendly, proactive and happy to help:)
