Dunkin App Mobile botched a promotion deal for a free donut with drink purchase. The manager resolved issue after reviewing the receipt and gave me the donut saving me time with customer service. Very hard-working kind staff working diligently while place is always full.

I was headed to work and tried this other branch of Dunkin Donuts which I thought wouldn't be as crowded compared to the other branch I am used to visiting. True enough there were not alot of people and it was coffee day, so I had a free cup of hot joe which I took to work this morning (Sept. 29th).
