I love this location very good customer service Lauryn always is friendly kind and knows her coffee. Very proactive customer service I only come here because of her. As Modern Day Butler I know the difference between reactive and proactive service.
Lauryn deserves a raise what and vacation. Angles was an amazing customer service agent. Very kind and friendly. Angles made me feel at home what a great team. The best location in South Florida.
Quick; never a long line. Friendly. Correct orders. My only feedback would be that the iced coffees are quite weak (they look like iced tea rather than coffee); so I hope they'll brew them stronger, like at other Dunkins.
Didn't know what I wanted. I wish I could remember the young lady name that helped me.. she was awesome she made my coffee perfect.

I love Dunkin', but I went to different locations, ordered a vanilla cream donut and the employee gave me one filled with Boston cream. I drive down the road, get to my location all excited to eat my favorite donut and bam, it's the wrong filling... Coffee was excellent as usual!
Bagels were fresh, and the staff was very nice.

Long lines...short staffed...but a pleasant crew. They do not have lemons for iced tea..discontinued...that does not make me happy! Corporate needs to make this happen...iced tea without lemon is like coffee without coffee!
This Dunkin Donuts location is one of my personal favorites out of the many other locations that I have visited. It is well kept and very clean. It is ran very well as management assures that your visit is not only fast but personalized as well. The employees are all wonderful and very polite.
