We went here with friends (their recommendation) and it didn't disappoint. Everyone ordered sushi and said it was great. I ordered one of the bento boxes and it was delicious. It is a little bit pricey but if you want good sushi, you get what you pay for! The only downfall is that they don't really have a kids menu. I brought in a kids meal from mcdonalds and they didn't seem to mind. Otherwise, the food was great and would recommend!
Freshest sushi I've ever had in the savannah area hands down. The ambiance is pretty spot on too. They also have a full bar with isn't normal for most Asian restaurants in the area.
Wanted to check out Sushi Hana because of a few recommendations. We walked in without a reservation and was immediately seated. The atmosphere was a little noisy and the waitress was clearly overwhelmed. We observed that she mixed up orders of few people around us and lacked customer service skills. She served us the food and forgot to give us chopsticks or even cutlery. We had to wait about 10 mins, by which our appetizers had gotten cold.
We had the fried calamari which was very good. Their jalapeño and yellowtail roll was also excellent, as was the mango tango roll and the lava roll. We also had the spicy salmon roll and the rainbow roll which were both okay.
Overall, an okay experience.
This is the best sushi restaurant in Pooler. My friends testify the same as it is common knowledge for the locals. My wife is a sushi fan and picks sushi for her birthday dinners (which we enjoyed tonight). We had the Amazing Tuna, Titanic Roll, and Snow Beauty. See their menu for their ingredients. The Amazing Roll was my favorite...no surprise it was amazing! It had a little spice but not super hot. The wine bottles here are reasonably priced ($25-$35). A white sauvignon blanc is the perfect match for sushi, sporting citrus lemon/lime flavors (we went with Kim Crawford) Their staff was nice and even gave us a free dessert of a small brownie and cheesecake and we didnt even mention it was my wife's birthday. They are a good spot for sushi and to top off the evening, you can go next door and visit The World of Beer for an after dinner drink!
Everything was perfect on our visit. Came in on a weekday, were greeted promptly and received great service. I had the teriyaki steak with vegetables and rice. The steak was cooked to a perfect temperature and was placed on top of a delicious assortment of veggies including carrots, asparagus, zucchini, broccoli, and onions( which happen to be all of my favorites). Highly recommend this place to anyone. We've been to nearly every Japanese restaurant in the Savannah area and this is by far our favorite!!!
Bar staff was great! They were very attentive and accommodating. Came here a few times while in town for sushi and enjoyed them all. Be sure to sit at the bar!
Great sushi in a great atmosphere! Their special roll are innovative and delish! I had one call they sandwich roll and the flavor was amazing. The kids had their fried rice. It was lighter than a lot of other fried rices and had the flavor was well developed. Highly recommend!
Tried this place out and has now become our favorite Japanese restaurant. Along with great service, it has great food. The Sushi is awesome along with the Salmon teriyaki. We have yet to try a plate that we don't like. A must try.
Ordered the maki roll lunch special. The food tasted fresh and delicious, the service was superb (we had a table of 8), and the restaurant was very clean. This place will probably be my regular sushi spot when I'm in the area.

It was my husband and I first time eating here and definitely won't be be the last. Food was delicious and made perfectly. I also had an Irish mule to drink which was delightful also. We started with the calamari as our appetizer and it was perfectly crisp and tender. I forget the name of the roll I originally ordered, but my husband had the Christmas roll which I ended up falling in love with, so we ended up ordering another roll and splitting it. Our server was friendly and attentive. We we never felt like we weren't taken care of. The interior also had a nice vibe and was nicely decorated without being overdone. We can't wait to go back!
Very happy with our first visit here! We had been craving a good katsu dish since moving to GA and we finally found a place with a fantastic, fresh katsu! Service was also great. We'll be back!
It's pretty busy here, I can see why though! The food was great they had meals for two which is unique, I haven't seen that at most other sushi restaurants. The portion for two people was large and well worth it! I would recommend this place as a good spot to go for date night!
Really good Sushi. We were visiting in the area and needed some dinner so we chose this place, and we were not disappointed. The one thing I thought was a bit off was the miso soup. It definitely did not taste like miso soup should. The rolls and sushi were really good.
This place has amazing sushi. I was on my way back from North Carolina seeing my parents and wanted some sushi. Pulled up places on the way home on Google. The pictures from this place just drew me in and I chose this place. I was SO happy I stopped here. Even though its only like half a mile off the exit...it took me a long time ɓecause it's such a high traffic area...however, it was worth every second. I will stop here each time I go from now on. AMAZING!!!! Don't remember the exact name of this one roll, but it is the special roll you see on the left. It was awesome!
We went twice to this restaurant in a row when we visit Pooler because they have good food, they sushi don’t have too much rice like my husband want to. Clean and good atmosphere of restaurant. We had yaki soba fried noodles, fried udon.
Nice stop after a long day on the road. Food was fantastic, service too but having to watch MSNBC’s talking head Joy Reed was enough to give anyone heartburn.🤢
Sushi Hana was incredible! We had amazing service, the food was phenomenal and truly enjoyed our time! I forgot to take a pic at the beginning of our rolls 🤣 but we got the black angel roll and dinosaur roll. Both were amazing, full of flavor and the perfect rice portion! We also enjoyed multiple appetizers and sake bombs! Our server was phenomenal. We didn't have to ask once to get drinks or food because she checked in so much to ensure we were cared for! We will definitely be back!
A great spot for sushi and more. I had their Cajun Filet with Onions and Mushrooms and it was spicy and succulent. A great meal on its own with a side of rice. We also had the California roll (my kids loved this) and the chicken teriyaki with a side of fried rice (kids loved this too). The vegetable tempura roll was a great twist to the usual vegetable tempura appetizers. Crispy yet soft and was hot and fresh. You must give that a try. Friendly service great food ... Highly recommended!
