Make sure to check your food. Tried to get the baconator fries and got burnt bacon and undercooked almost raw fries. Waiting in a long drive through line. I completely understand if they have staffing issues but they definitely need to pay attention and work on quality if they aren't gonna focus on
Supposed to be open until 11pm. Friday evening first restaurant from the interstate. Second Wendy's in a mile to not let us into the store to eat dinner. Drive through is open. Just want to sit down and not eat squishy fries. I would love to find out if this is owner policy or just lazy management.
This was the dirtiest Wendy's I have even been in! The floor was very sticky. The bathroom was TERRIBLE! I have never been in a dirtier bathroom then this! I let the girl at the counter know the bathroom was very dirty and all she said was "ok" she didn't care! Do Better Wendy's!
In my apple pecan salad they forgot to put in blue cheese. Moreover, there was delay for them serving me (all drive through) because another couple were sorting out the issue with their order - which was handed out to them. Too much waste of time.
Waited about 17mins on food. The fries were old with fresh ones on top . The meoonade drink was down. The sandwich had no lettuce when I asked for extra. Bun was very cold.
What a terrible drive thru attendant. This young man had no clue as to proper functions of equipment or the manners required for such a job. The only good thing I received by going to this particular location was the knowledge of never deciding to go back .

Wait time was 30 minutes the food was terrible and not correct the burger was dry and the bacon was burnt I will not be going back to Wendys I have lived in Pooler for many years and this store has gone down hill and the service is bad.
