This location lets you use a screen to order. I always like that. Seems like it's easier to get across what you want, especially if you mumble or stutter like I often do. The location was nice. The only thing was that the finish on the table where we sat was tacky, likely because they used a cleaning solution that slightly dissolved it. Staff was nice and the place was clean though!
Made a mistake on my order tonight, fixed it with no problems whatsoever. I have no complaints, I always double check my bag before driving off, and this time I didn't. So happy they corrected it without a fuss and were helpful.
We were greeted immediately upon entering. Elijah came over to help at the kiosk and stayed until the order was placed. Then he made our drinks and brought them to the table. In a time when customer service is lacking greatly, Elijah restored our faith in people caring. Thank you Elijah and staff for the fine experience.
Grabbing a late lunch today, went to Taco Bell 🔔 & THIS location is By Far My FAVORITE out of All the ones I've been to all across the U.S. && According to my receipt Calanda H. was my cashier. I received a note on my napkin "Have a nice day! : ) " Every time I come to this location the staff is friendly, the place is clean, even when they are understaffed & are slammed they are pleasant & I've NEVER had my order wrong here (which is saying something!!) Rare Gem of a Fast Food Restaurant For Sure!!
I absolutely love the food at Taco Bell. The taste never changed from the time I worked there when I was 16. Taco Bell is consistent which is what I love about this chain. Please don’t ever change!!!
Me and my friend had a great time here. It was peaceful and service was great. Food was hot and just the perfect taco bell meal you want. Manager Elijah was very nice.
We used the kiosk to order the food and had no issues receiving our order. Staff was friendly and personable. Food was good and was as expected. There were no delays in the order and we did not have to wait long.
The manager Lamar is really great from my experience so he must be new since all these other reviews are horrible when it comes to management. My order was incorrect initially but when I took it back he was very professional, kind, and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond my request to resolve the issue and make sure I was a happy customer. I will be sure to stop here whenever I am passing through to visit family up north. Thanks Lamar!
Not a bad place to eat. Food was a little cold due to the greens on the burrito. No complaints.
I placed an order online. The drive-thru line is kind of long. It moved kind of slow. When I finally got to the screen they just kept telling me to hold. Then they finally told me their system was down. I tried to get a refund through the app that I was not able to so I sat and waited for their system to come back up. A total of 70 minutes. They accommodated me by overstuffing everything I ordered. Greatly appreciated. Five stars for service.
