Customer service from the counter was lacking. No one waited on us. Then we used the kiosk, but the kiosk did not give us a receipt to pay. We stood at the counter and had to finally as an employee to help us. 🕐 Inside customers are important also. Don't just focus on drive thru.
I use to go to BK all of the time. I stopped because they kept making things wrong and or not putting them in the bag and nothing is ever fresh. I go every so often to see if they have gotten better and they have not. Oh and I love having to be pulled to get cold food, made wrong or missing food. Mo
Waited in drive thru over 10 minutes this morning after ordering my food. There were 4 vehicles in front of me and two vehicles in the customer parking lot. When I finally arrived at the pay window and asked why things were so slow the cashier stated they were overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with
Such a terrible experience. Ordered three double whopper meals the same and of course one is a regular whopper. Not gonna pay four extra dollars for another patty and not receive it. So I called and my options were drive 15 minutes back to town or they could get my name and address to send the same
The service here is usually always great this time around I got the whooper with cheese ,the bun was beyond hard , but even if the line is wraped around the building you will still get hot fast service .
Was able to avoid the long lines at the drive thru by going after the lunch rush hour. Service was fast and we received our order with no problems.
Have great burgers fries I love eating here but don't get the chance to because it's about 34 miles from my house u will b happy if u eat there.ur mouth will thank u for sure.
