Heading out to go film a new you tube video - hike The PNW. We passed the this bbq shop on the way out of town and decided we would check it out when we got back. All I can day is I'm glad WE did.! When we walked in the door we were immediately greeted by a super friendly server.! She got us sat down and got our drinks going, the decor here is really cool also from the bar to the cooking area to the lighting. After our drinks arrived we put in our orders and after a short wait the food had arrived! (We were both starving) and it did not depress the portions were really good size and the meals we top notch flavor! We both got a burger and then I got a potato and my g.f. got a side of pulled pork. Everything we ordered was cooked perfect and neither of us had any complaints. They also have an up stairs are that over looks the cooks which I thought was really cool. Thank you for the good time and friendly fast service and hopefully we can make it back again soon, we will be back to eat here again for sure.!
I try to be as fair as possible with reviews knowing that people like different styles , I like a southern BBQ with a heavy smoky tomato based sauced. These guys seems to do a solid smoke on a hard wood not a fruit tree on the meats which I like ....I ate the coyote so it had 6 meats on it with bacon Mac and cheese. The sandwich had slaw and vinegar based BBQ neither I am a fan of. The Mac and cheese with bacon was spot on...the only meat that was not top shelf was the sausage it was really dried out and tough skin but I also ordered right before they close. I also had the jalapeno corn bread which was a nice blend!! Over all good BBQ just not my style but if you like a northern style BBQ with kc style sauce or mustard based this would be great. As for the staff.....beyond top notch they are all very customer focused
Friday's Brontosaurus ribs are amazing and the jalepeno poppers (with 3 kinds of sauce on the side), and chocolate cream pie!!! Fun atmosphere and place! Outside and inside seating and in heart of downtown. Excellent service as well.
Such a warm and friendly place. Service was personal and the food awesome! You can immediately tell that quality and attention to taste is very important. A favorite.
Excellent BBQ joint. Generous portion sizes and friendly staff. The brisket was moist and part the pull test. It had a nice smile ring and a well balanced salt and pepper dry rub.
They have three house made barbecue sauce.
I plan on coming back on my next trip to Port Angels.
Really tasty BBQ, and their sauces are really flavorful. The Jalapeño Cheddar sausage was not that spicy (just a hint of kick) which was just right. The Texas beans are take or leave but the ribs have an amazing rub. One of the better spots in PA.
This place has really good food! The chicken, brisket, pulled pork and bratwurst (they were out of ribs) were all great! I loved the sauces as well, and the bar had a good selection. Definitely recommended!!
Really really tasty food! We came on a busier night so the wait was a little long. I got the Cuban pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese as a side and he got the wings. We both left with clean plates!
Pretty decent BBQ place with good service. Love the wings, baked potato, and the onion rings. Ribs were a little dry and on the sweet side, but still decent. Value for money.

Came for BBQ n Beer and got all sorts of yum. Had the Tuesday Chimichanga special, smoked bacon on Texas toast. Started with jalapeño poppers, fresh and delicious. Best I have ever had. The salsa that came with the chimichanga is to die for. Eating the smoked bacon on Texas toast with the jalapeño tomato jam is just unfreakingbelievably killer. I need this place every day of my life. Dog friendly outside and the staff are great.
This is the small Chicken Plate with Cilantro Rice, Texas Toast, cornbread and pickles. This was really good! The chicken is super tasty, marinated just enough and not dry. The bread has bacon and i’m pretty sure jalapeño, which i wasn’t expecting. the Texas road was good but i was really expecting it to be garlic. the entire meal is super good. now i’m so full i have to go to bed. Super Yummy, super tasty and this meal cost me $13. god night
You will love this place, the food, the beverages and the staff are amazing. Super clean and a great view. Highly recommended. Meat or vegan options too. Family tavern and restaurant.
Good service, unique menu, and a nice outside area to sit. Definitely try the 12 hour smoked brisket; large enough to split between two medium appetites.
Killer food and killer service. We stopped by soon after covid restrictions were lifted and all restaurants were struggling to staff. Initially we were told an hour to be seated (larger party) but the the server offered up the loft area. This man tended tables in a whole other area of the restaurant and still never once forgot about us in the loft. The food was also incredible (brisket burrito) with the right ratio of fillings (not to heavy on beans or rice, just perfect) and the portion sizes were huge. This burrito was the size that chipotle used to make years ago that took two hands to eat. Even the kids meals were the size of adult meals. Come hungry you'll want to eat here.
Awesome bbq pub. Family friendly, awesome staff, great atmosphere and the food is amazing. 1/2 price appetizers at happy hour. We will definitely be coming back.
Great authentic food and drink with a dog friendly patio that has a view of the water. The Casadores reposado, jalapeno, cilantro, and cucumber drink is Awesome! Very friendly staff and all the customers were happy and fun.
