My husband had accidentally ordered from the wrong location online. So it made me late for pick up. They were very understanding and kind. The lady that helped me was extremely pleasant and did me a solid by not making me come in when I forgot my shoes in my rush to get out the door. I’ll be using this location again. May not be closer but definitely much nicer!
You order and they will tell you to pull around so that your order is made fresh. I have no problem with that. Food is always fresh
I communicated that I have a food allergy, and the staff took extra measures to ensure me that is be safe. Truly enjoyed myself.
Wonderful service and one of the best Banana shakes I have had in a while.
I went through the drive thru and was the second car parked. I got my food second to last. All the employees inside kept looking at us like they were nervous or guilty of something. They could have just said if their was a mistake made somewhere or something. But I got no reason for the extremely long wait, the stares and nervous behavior or the reason everyone got their food before me.

Visiting from out of town & stopped in for an old school DQ experience. I was pleasantly surprised to see an old DQ, not refurbished like others, still had the authentic feel & was in decent shape considering it's age! Now our ice cream was top notch, best I've had in years really. cleanliness was decent, not perfection but by todays standards very acceptable. The ONLY issue was the employees, not overtly rude by any means, just not welcoming in the slightest, could almost feel that our 92 year old aunt was bothering the cashier because she was taking too long to go sit down before my wife returned to order, like she had somewhere else better to be! No smiles, no how you doing, no how was it, nothing. Not even a "your welcome" one time after repeated thank yous from us. Like, you knew they could care less or would prefer you not be there!!
Again, place was great, food we got was great, help could use some life skills in do unto others the way you want to be treated is all.
I would definately fo back, would just know how it will be when I do
I must say I don't think I've ever had the customer service at a fast food restaurant as good as I've had at this Dairy Queen. Since we've been in Port Arthur we have ate there for lunch everyday and every day the manager asked how was their service and if we're coming back the next day. So if you are anywhere near this Dairy Queen I would recommend stopping by and at least having a blizzard.
Nice place to go for some good old Texas style food.
Everything is always fresh and tastes so good. This Dairy Queen seems old and forgotten. The employees deserve a nice place to work out of, their service has always been great. I’ve been to different DQs around this area and they all seem to have a “community theme” to them, this one doesn’t really have much going on inside but you will get the tastiest food here. I’ve never had to wait too long for food.
Great tropical blizzards! Mixed very well and ingredients all the way to the very last bite.
