I love their stuffed jalapenos and tacos. But most of the time I go there, they don't ever have my stuff jalapenos, or they have them, and they don't have the dipping sauce. Their best item on the menu is the strawberry shake.

I normally had problems at this Jack in the Box, but my past few experiences have been excellent. The food was fresh and hot. The service was excellent. My only issue was my order was incorrect. I asked for curly fries.
Despite all the bad reviews, the staff did great! Everything we ordered was given correctly (we were very detailed on our order). Everything was packed neatly and warm. Staff was a little rude when ordering but at the window they were VERY patient and polite with us❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
They were out of eggrolls, stuffed jalapenos and Sourdough bread I went to Wendy's instead. Always a problem when I come to this location if they're not burning the food or not putting do requested ingredients.
