Love it. Authentic Haitian Food. Reminds me of vacationing in Haiti. Enjoy Konpa music playing in the background. Its a clean and nicely decorated family restaurant. You can also order dessert and New Orlean style food.

One of the best dinners I've had from a local restaurant. It is definitely in my top five. I had their whole fried snapper which came with plantains a small salad and rice and beans and it was absolutely amazing and I would give it more than five stars if I could. This restaurant is definitely example of how small restaurants and cafes will put more time and effort to deliver a better product, and they definitely didn't disappoint!

The food is very flavorful. Tried the fried chicken, jambalaya, and goat with curry. All with the black rice!! Cozy and casual inside the restaurant. The owners are really nice and welcoming. Am excited to try other dishes!!

I am thoroughly impressed with this business. It's welcoming, smells delish as SOON as you walk in and is ran by incredibly genuine, wonderful people! They don't gouge you with their prices and their portion sizes are above average. I've gone to other places that charge more for lower quality & less food. Nothing bad at all to say, I hope this business THRIVES!! and I will definitely be back!!

Cafe Creole offers a varied menu with two lunch specials. They consist of chicken with fries and/or plantains, and a salad and/or Talapia. I chose to eat the fish, which was served breaded and fried. It too came with the same sides as offered with the chicken lunch special. This inexpensive meal proved quite enjoyable. I also tried their homemade cake. It was wonderful, and for two bucks a large slice, it's a steal. I intend to try their other desserts which are also made in-house. I'm now obsessed with going back a second time and trying their chicken and coconut tart dessert. I highly recommend trying this restaurant for its darn good home cooking with a Caribbean flair.

Stopped in for lunch and the flavors were fantastic. Very authentic it was like we were in the islands again. The guy that served us was really nice. If you want authentic jambalaya definitely need to try this place.

Great food affordably priced and a restaurant run by friendly folks who know their food. This is a fantastic little restaurant, and I recommend pretty much anything on the menu. The goat and tilapia are some of my favorites. Oh, and do yourself a favor: Order a side of cornbread. Your taste buds will thank you.

Wonderful! Great food! I used them to cater a gathering and everyone loved the food. It was hot, fresh and very good. Everyone complemented me on the food and it was a stiff crowd. Great restaurant and prompt and ready to deliver.

Tried their food at the Taste of Punta Gorda last weekend and couldn't wait to try the restaurant. It's just like a eating in a small cafe in the Caribbean. Great hospitality, fresh made authentic creole food by the wonderful chef in the back. Jambalaya was fresh, the gumbo is authentic, and the whole red snapper was perfect. Oh, and there's Beignets! Not typical French style, these are hardy, moist, rustic and beyond amazing!

This place has such great reviews and I bet they made Awesome food, but it doesn't exist anymore, on Google maps the restaurant is there, but it closed down and there's a pizza and ice cream shop there instead, so unfortunately this place doesn't exist, hopefully they will open up as an even bigger restaurant!

Food is terrific. The food is always fresh. Cold food is never given to me. Seasoning is just right, doesn’t give me a stomach ache afterwards. This should be a five star restaurant!

My husband and I (he's Haitian and I'm Haitian-American) just ate there for lunch (Feb. 2018). Warning: the address on Google is outdated, so call the restaurant for the right information. We had a chance to chat with the new owner who took over in November 2017. She was so nice and friendly and maintained professionalism. This is not one of those hole in the wall take out places. The decor is lovely and there are a nice set of booths, at least 5, which is nice. The wait for the food was not bad at all. We ordered accra, which they brought out ahead of our entree upon our request, so it was like an appetizer. One order was way more than enough for the both of us! The pikliz was a nice flavor, not spicy-which was a plus for us! My hubby ordered red snapper, white rice, and sos pwa. He ate up and enjoyed every last bite . . . Zero leftovers and the serving sizes were very generous. Both meals came with a small salad and 3 slices of fried plantain. (The fried plantain is excellent!) I ordered goat in sauce with rice and beans. The rice was very good and the goat was cooked to perfection. However, this is where they fell short of 5 stars for me. The amount of salt in the goat and sauce was overwhelming. I had to keep trying to temper it by adding more rice or eating it with the plantains instead . . . Otherwise, it was a perfectly pleasurable experience and I recommend this place without hesitation.
