Despite reading many bad reviews, my experience at this location was completely positive. I found the staff to be very friendly and also efficient- my order came out quickly. I would gladly come back here anytime.

My daughter & I meet there once a week and love their iced ChiTea and I love their turkey Wake up wraps Can’t wait for them to reopen after the remodel is complete 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Hurry & reopen soon❣️

Bringing your own cup doesn't matter you know if it's a Tervis or whatever 99 cents to refill it how to rise don't matter where else are the Dunkin' Donuts going to do that for you huh and then you got the girl that works there from New York should she always gets to order right she do whatever it takes you know what I mean and then you got that big ball guy he's one of the best and never get the wrong okay it's a no-brainer they're going to do it you go to the microphone you place your order it's always correct on hundred percent you get a donut you get a bagel don't matter what you get it's always right and never wrong you don't have to worry about it his name's Tom I forget her name Crystal the only two people I can remember all the whole store but they never mess up they should both be managers you should run the place it's a no-brainer other than that easy to see from the road you can leave and go both directions left or right up Tamiami Trail that's North and South for you that don't know snowbirds Etc when you pull out of the parking lot normally you got to take a right depending on what Jegs that you use you're going to have to go south if you go around to the main entrance for the grocery store and Dollar General Etc you can go north or south they got seating plenty of seating inside they got plenty of seating outside they got the thing to drive through now they got a Chicken Express next door all part of it I don't know how that's going to turn out a how it's going to affect the parking in the drive thru cuz the drive-thru exit for one is the entrance for the other so pulling in and outs going to be a little difficult I think for the drive-thru but it used to be a Subway so who knows I obviously the stuff worked out back then maybe they're going to change it I don't really know one thing that I do know the bathrooms are clean the Stalls clean they got all kinds of stuff you can buy whether it's coffee a cup of donut you know a bagel it's a no-brainer you can do whatever you got to do at Dunkin Donuts it's one of the best Port Charlotte I won't go to any of the Duncans if I do it's because I'm in a rush and I got to pay $5 a coffee instead of a $0.99 plus tax so I end up paying 229 or 250 or something maybe it's 2:19 to 12 I don't remember the ice coffees and if you get three you can get three iced coffees for 3:15 one without I save it for later put in the fridge now that doesn't even cover it that you can get for 5 for the price of 2 I mean it's a no-brainer where else do you see stuff like that happening in Port Charlotte you don't it's a no-brainer come down and see him the right next to ba Baristas which you know unfortunately next to Dunkin Donuts opened up a new Dunkin Donuts or annuity coffee shop whatever you want to call it where they serve coffee and donuts at a boob shop I don't like it I don't think it's fair but it is what it

Asked for double milk had to ask for more because they hardly put any in it.. Asked for less ice they put none in it..Had to park and go inside to get the ice..I go through the drive thru because I'm an amputee..I shouldn't have to try to get inside..The ice coffee was so strong it was unreal..Your workers need to listen to what we as customers ask for and get orders right..

I wasted 150 points I "paid" for an espresso. Shot in my Caramel Craze signature Latte. Yeah not given. Second I ordered a vanilla filled donut great. It had been punctured 3 times 2 by fingers & 1 by the nozzle that didn't FILL the dag-gone donut. Do better please. I'm sad about the coffee & the abuse done to my donut.

The employees are very friendly at this location. The food is always fresh.
