We had the Prime Steakburger, with fries and of course an Orange Freeze!!!! The burger was huge and delicious...our server was an older gentleman, and he was friendly and very gooood!!!!

Awesome place! They were short staffed when we got there, but they were honest right up front and told us so! Love that! Plus their food is outstanding! Very tasty! We'll be back for sure!

When you get there you notice that the place is nice and clean and BRIGHT! You order at the kiosks and then sit down. When your order is done, they come out and call your name and then you pick it up. Staff are friendly and efficient and fast. The food we got was absolutely delicious! I had the Triple patty steak burger with onion rings and my wife had a double cheeseburger with fries and a shake. She like the shake better than Culver's Mixers. The burgers were done to perfection and the fries and onion rings were NOT greasy! Best of all, for people on a fixed budget, the price was extremely reasonable. It was less costly here than anywhere we have eaten in Port Charlotte, hands down. You really need to check out this classic place. It is well worth your time.
Went there again, and if possible, they are even better than before. Someone asked if they take cash. Yes! They do,! They have at least one kiosk that takes cash. Do any form of payment you can throw at them, you should be happy. Check them out!
Food and service are always very good.
Considering the store was remodeled after Hurricane Ian, I am disappointed that the men's room already needs an upgrade.
Soap dispensers are inoperable.
The drink dispenser area needs more attention and not with a rag that leaves slime marks.
For the price, a good deal. These are $4 specials with the double steakburgers. The side view shows extra free items you can add such as lettuce, tomato, onion. Some people might not like ordering from a kiosk but it works and accepts gift cards. We'll be back tomorrow!
Ordering at the kiosk was very easy. The staff people were friendly. The food was fairly quick and very tasty. The fries were especially good here. They only had one cook, so food came out a little slow. But overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I really enjoyed their burgers and milkshakes. Great quality and care. I did have a wait for it at the drive-thru. Even so it was worth the wait to me. Service was extremely friendly and I will be returning again soon.
Service was amazing and the food was even better. They didn’t have a few things but it’s not enough for me to be upset. Waited only 10 minutes for our food which is pretty normal for this type of food. Anyone saying they waited the same time for food is just impatient and probably a Karen. Would definitely come back to this location and plan to!

The food itself took about 40 minutes to get made. But the manager has great customer service and apologized with a refund. Once we got the food it was tasty. Their fries are the best fast food fries, tied with Arby’s curly fries.
Runs so much smoother now that you order yourself. I've walked out in the past when they served you because of outrageous wait times. This new system makes things so much quicker and easier.
