Thai Gourmet has been serving the best pad Thai in Suffolk county for 25 years. Alongside staples like chicken cashew nut, they also offer an extensive vegetarian menu. It’s BYOB, so pick a good Riesling as it perfectly compliments the food, and don’t forget cash only.
Love this place. I missed the basil beef so much while living in Virginia that I learned to make the dish. Now I may need to learn how to make their drunken noodle because the flavors were magnificent. Be advised, Cash Only but totally worth trying.

Food comes out fast. Very authentic. Open kitchen, so you see the chef cooking... the guy is very pro. Tastes very good, not msg taste, just well controlled stir fry. 5 stars from this guy
