I go here almost every day and ever since the new Dunkin across the street opened it’s been horrible. I’ve waited on my TOGO order through the app for over 15 minutes, my wrap i had gotten was cold and today i got another wrap and had mold on it. I will not be coming back and will be going elsewhere

Everytime I go here the workers are extremely rude to me. They’re clearly 18 year old girls who are miserable. One time I ordered a large coffee and they filled it less than half way. Another time my hot chocolate was just WATER. I continue to give this place another chance but I always leave annoye
Your basic Dunkin' with a drive thru and good service. Staff are polite and friendly. Food does take a little time to be served, so be patient in the morning. The store is very clean and there is plenty parking spots.
Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes and there were still two cars ahead of me waiting to get their orders... ended up leaving because absolutely ridiculous to have to wait almost 30 min just to get a freaking coffee.
By far the least friendly DD I have ever been in. The coffee is normally decent. But I have had a few issues that should have not had to be, over time. I have waited inside pretty long times considering I'm the only person. in line. And that's just one issue.
