So it’s 10:30 on a Friday night and this poor kid is running the entire store by himself. Doing drive thru, cooking and taking orders inside. Took us 20 minutes to get our food. That employee needs a raise and promotion and whoever left him to handle the store by himself needs to be fired.

The customer service wasn't great, today. They were out of ice in the machine in the lobby. The curly fries weren't cooked all the way. The floor was sticky and gross. It took 5 minutes for someone to notice us standing at the counter to get ice.
