My mother loves bringing chicken from this place is our favorite spot.
We enjoyed chicken breast with fries and coleslaw. There customer service is great. I just think they are short of staff for so busy place.
I ordered 2x16 pieces, 1 original, 1 tenders with fries. And Mac and cheese. First, they ran out of Mac and cheese. The manager let meet know and I substituted fries. Then they didn't have biscuits. The manager let me know and offered me a free chocolate cake. Awesome. Was the order perfect? No. Was the customer service perfect. Yes. This KFC made me feel like a valued customer.
