I was impressed! Clean and the waitstaff was very attentive. The best was the salmon, I know this sounds crazy but it was probably the best salmon I’ve eaten. I said so and got an extra visit from the manager as well! Go to this Ruby Tuesdays, folks!

I can't rate the hot food since we all had salad bar. Salad bar was fresh and full of unique items like Parmesan crisps.
I look forward to my weekly "salad bar" fix at the SL West Ruby's! The service is outstanding! I sometimes eat with a friend or by myself. I always sit in the bar area and truly enjoy the great service and food. I'm always greeted warmly. The salad bar is THE BEST! It is always stocked well ( even at 9pm! ) and fresh. I love that the salad plates are cold too! I'm lucky enough to use the coupons available my email and coupon sheets that arrive in my mailbox. This allows me to be generous with a tip! I may go tonight!

Waitress and hosts are great , food is always hot and tasteful, highly recommend the Ruby Relaxer drink! Second time ever and look forward to many more visits with my family!
The steak we had was perfect the two for one is a good choice.
Last night's visit was great..I had their margarita (large for $1 more) IPA selection is small but the do offer a lot of other tempting sugary alcoholic beverages. Ordered chicken and although it was a little slow coming out the kitchen every bite was eaten! Server was friendly, restaurant was quiet but we did eat early for us (5pm) a few tables were coming in as we were leaving.
We went there for lunch , no lunch specials on the weekends only Monday thru Friday before 3p.m.. our server was very friendly and polite, we began with the salad bar every thing looked fresh and tasted great. We ordered the shrimp fondue with chips lots of flavor almost a bit spicy. The chips are never the best but will do for dipping , it had lots of chopped up shrimp pieces. The food was great and tasted awesome. Good size portions no room to try desserts.

Our waitress Whitney was friendly, pleasant, and very attentive to the 4 year old in our party. The manager stopped by our table to ask how everything was, and was very hands on - she took the empty plates and glasses from the table. My only critique is the restaurant felt a little warm, had a humid feel to it. Otherwise the food was good, and the service was better.
Food and service are generally very good here. The salad bar quality seems top notch. I few of the younger servers have seem disinterested at times. Upon last visit, the fried shrimp was excellent but the ribs came out with very little sauce and then had to wait quite a while for the waitress to bring out the sauce. The “chicken strips” looked more like nuggets.
