This is like a trade off of them being quick, and very polite, the food is always fresh.
Except for these weird scenarios I and a few other people I know have come across multiple times. Most of the time you roll through here, it’s super fast, your food is prepared well and it’s a good experience.
The drive thru cashier is impatient and doesn't listen to your order. Along with waiting 10 minutes for 2 original chicken sandwiches that look like this! What happened to the lettuce and mayonnaise?
Almost every time I go, I ask for extra mayo, ketchup and pickles...

So upset with my service. Spoke with Skye and the manager Austin in regards to my undercooked meal, just for them to to trash talk me through the phone. When they realized they were not muted, they hung up. Please, do NOTTTTT waste your money. Killed my whole mood today.
I went there at 10:30 and they close at 12 and no one answered the drive threw intercom. We say there for 10 min. The least they could’ve done is say it would be a min and not just ignore us. There was also two other cars behind us. Get the stuff together my dudes.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Didn’t have anything I ordered, coke machine not working nor ice cream machine. Still waited almost 40 minutes in line for NOTHING! This place is HORRIBLE and should be shut down. Manager stated he only had one worker besides himself, not my problem but he was not accommodating
