Terrible place to get ice cream.My son and mother went on 01/27/22. They waited 15 minutes with management and employees talking not pay attention to customers in the store. When my mother asked them about it the rude manager got into a shouting match with my mother. She then proceeded to throw my mom and son out of the store. And she also followed them to the door to yell more Obscenities to them. When I called to speak to the manager about her behavior she had left for the day. I asked her name to one of the employees she informed me that such information could not be given. So I’ll be contacting corporate today

Went for a hot fudge sundae and a single scoop cone. Get to the window and the employee says $11.25. I inquire why so much and she said, "I know, it's ridiculously high." She gives me my receipt and I was charged 10 cents for my plain cone. I was charged 99 cents for each topping. Whipped cream, cherry, hot fudge, and almonds. The sign said it came with those items. Then after a long wait, I am informed they are out of plain cones. We asked for our money back and miraculously my ice cream came on a plain cone. We rejected the order and got our money back. Never again!

Literally everytime I order from them on doordash they cancel my order.... I hope the ownership is aware of the sales lost due to their lazy staff 😔

They always either have a staff shortage or an ice cream shortage that results in the food being rushed and sub-par. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a pinch for time and want something above average in taste.

First negative was they had the lobby locked an hour early (before 10pm), but drive thru was open. Second negative was their single scoops were a joke as far as size. I've seen bigger scoops of free sherbet at a diner. The ice cream taste was good, that's the only reason I gave even 2 stars. I should have stuck with Dairy Dip.

What is going on here? Portage, IN Baskin Robbins/DQ what is the problem? Either they don't have a store manager and if they do this person is terrible at MGMT. They have been out of pint containers for over 2 months, so when you order a pint of ice cream you get half full quart containers. I ordered half butter pecan half jamocha almond fudge pint. You would have thought I was ordering in another language. I had to repeat my order 6 times to cashier and to what I guess was the mgr. She couldn't find the containers for ice cream. It was like it was everyone's first day. The store always seems messy and in disarray.

Called at 8:50 pm and told me they were open until 10 pm. Drove across town and got there around 9:35 (didn’t leave right away). Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one came on to take my order. I drove up to the window, all the lights were on, but everything was broken down and no one was in site. Last time I will be going there.

Spend like 5 minutes trying to order did not finish when she told me to move to the window. Get to the window no one was around ( I was the only car in line and no customers inside) after a few minutes she give me half of the order and say my total when I was not done because she didn't let me finish. I let her know I wasn't done, she put it in ask me like 10 questions for something that I was being specific about, disappear again and like 5 min after a guy came with rest of my order trying to handle it to me without a bag. And when I get home no toppings on the Sundays. Very dissatisfied!
