One of my favorite indulgences when I'm in the area. Friendly staff @ this location.

Krystal's definitely has the quality food that you crave when no other place is doing the trick. Getting some cheese Krystal's and Chili Fries is the perfect way to start off a weekend.

Left McDonald's and went here..lol Was not disappointed. I love this Krystal! Super hot food.It took a minute. But it was worth the wait.I got extra to take home.Super great customer service.

If you're in a hurry you might want to find another place to eat. Staff is very friendly about it and the food is great. Just a long wait.

Okay, so this isn't the classiest place you can eat at in Portland, TN, nor is it the cleanest places to eat,,, but the staff is friendly enough and the service was fairly quick. I can't stand the Krystal burgers but they have food that can satisfy my taste buds.

Food was great deal was great lobby needed cleaning floor was sticky walking across that and all the tables were dirty including the counter in front of the soda machine and the young staff were loud and playing in the lobby

Really like to go to this Crystal got to know everybody there seem like really nice people good food always has the best breakfast
