Book a table if you can! We loved our dishes and drinks here. Highly recommend the Crab Rissotto and any salmon dish. Intimate space. Seasonal cocktail was great.

What a gem! This restaurant surpassed all our expectations. Don't let the relaxed atmosphere fool you. The food is sophisticated yet approachable. We ordered two appetizers and four different dinner plates. Everything was wonderful. And all my gluten-free friends they have a separate menu! It's such a treat when dishes are made intentionally to be gluten friendly rather than just omitting or substituting. A special thanks to the chef.

Always a great, nice service. The food was great. The server really paid attention. The food came out in good time. The seafood is so fresh. I go every chance I get. Also wonderful happy hour. I will say we sat outside and it was HOT wish there was a cross breeze.

You won’t find a better experience in this price range anywhere. The level of service and food offered at Seasons and Regions is remarkable. So much credit to everyone involved for the menu design. The food is art. Paul offered fantastic recommendations from the menu, and he hit on every one of them. He held a perfect pace while managing a totally full section, checking in exactly when we had questions or needed him, and was very personable. I can’t say enough about the high level of care he provided. The entire front of house supported each other and the flow was really nice, especially when considering the overall work space. This is a well managed, high chemistry crew and it shows. The food came out in the proper order, quick but not too fast. It’s never fun to get your starters just before or with your entrees, and that wasn’t the case here. Great pace, out front and in the back as well. While I obviously didn’t experience the kitchen first hand, it’s clear that they are operating just as smoothly as the front. Definitely make reservations. I’ll revise this review with photos when I go back for my second visit.

Seasons is one of my favorite restaurants, and I've been a customer for 17 years. The new remodel was nicely done, and provides larger tables and more space. They have always provided great service, excellent fresh food (locally sourced), and good drinks! Chef Greg and crew don't disappoint. The menu has expanded, and all the options are fantastic! Parking is limited, so ride share if possible.

I enjoy good food and have a fair bit of experience with it. The crab stuffed halibut is one of the best things I've ever eaten. I had an emotional reaction when it was gone. Cannot recommend enough. Been here a few times and everything is pretty fantastic.

05/25/19: 4.75 out of 5 - I believe I have done past reviews with pictures and friends' and wife's input...not sure what happened to it. :/ Probably forgot to save it. Seasons and Regions is a great place for seafood and other dishes. Mainly came here for brunch, but the food is tasty and seemed to be made just right the many times that I've been here. The coffee is actually quite good. Also, the scones that comes with brunch are an absolute delight! The place seem big but they are great about accommodating big parties. My run group tends to be an easy 8 or more individuals for the brunch. The service at Seasons and Regions is quick, attentive and friendly while not being intrusive. The servers are typically awesome at what they do. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for casual, good food, to try this place once and decide for themselves. I and the others definitely have been coming back for more. Enjoy!

Small personal restaurant with a great atmosphere, everyone looks happy to be there. We ordered the Cajun calamari appetizer and Caprese salad, both were delicious. Our table got a variety of entres and everyone was pleased with their meals. The service was amazing, and I wish I got his name once more. He even sang happy birthday to my mother. The carrot cake was delicious! I do agree with others, the parking situation is very small, definitely carpool if possible. I’m very happy they are open for dine-in again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I saw this on Diners Drive-ins and Dives and decided to go for dinner. Absolutely Fantastic Meal. I had the Halibut stuffed with Dung. Crab over a Linguini and cream sauce. Big portion and beyond delicious ++ . It's a must visit, you will not regret it. Tight limited Parking at restaurant ... but free 2nd lot parking located a 1/2 block across the street at the Jewish Center..... 1st parking row is reserved for Season & Regions over flow. 3 min walk to restaurant.

Food and service is great. Two of us had seafood tacos., w/beans and rice. Place is smallish, with nice decor, but not fancy. Large enclosure in front is open-air during nice days. It has room for larger groups; inside spaces are smaller. Cozy bar area.

Haven't been here for quite a while. One thing hasn't changed- the food is still amazing. The crab wontons were a great starter. I guess they could have used a little more filling, but still good. My wife had the Halibut cakes. So good! The mashing potatoes and veggies made it a great meal. The shrimp and grits were as good as I've had on the west coast. Perfectly cooked large shrimp, rich cheese grits a great sauce and grilled peppers and onions. So good! We got a peanut butter pie to split. Amazing, but so rich we had to take it home. Was a great snack later! Just a Portland gem!

I worked for Chef Greg and Chef Arturo for a few brief months in 2017 and enjoyed learning from both of them. Prior to that I avoided seafood. But the recipes and dishes they bring to their guests is absolutely amazing. Thanks to them, I love seafood now and try to bring some of these dishes to any kitchen I'm running.
