I've been dining here since the old location on 9th. The food has not changed. One of the best breakfast and lunch restaurants in Portland. My favorite meal is a bowl of Alberts NW Clam chowder, the garden grilled cheese with a side salad (blueberry vinegarette). I order it every time.... unless its Breakfast, if you don't order the french toast, you'll never know what you are missing. Thank you Cadillac Cafe!
Always have a good experience here after many years of visits. It looks like the menu has broadened since I ate there last with lots of good options. Wait staff is very attentive and keeps your coffee cup filled. Steak and eggs were really good.
My sister and I had a yummy brunch there yesterday. The food and drinks were delicious. It was very busy but we didn’t wait long for a table or for our food. Friendly staff and love the atmosphere!

Omlettes, home fries and pancakes! The French toast is excellent!

No reservations but the wait is usually not too long!
They are only open till 3pm so no dinner but to will be full all day anyway! One of our favorite places for brunch!🍹🥞😎

We went for brunch on a Sunday, about Noon & were seated surprisingly quickly, considering the crowd. All staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and efficient. We both tried dishes we'd never had - as per usual everything was delicious, and big portions. We each splurged for an adult beverage, and we WILL be doing that again. :) Didn't feel rushed at all, even though pretty busy. Thanks again for a lovely brunch - so glad you're in this neighborhood!!

My favorite spot in a neighborhood full of restaurants. Lots of local ingredients and delightful service. Just brought some out of town guests for lunch and they were thrilled with the atmosphere, the menu, the delicious lunch, and of course, the Cadillac!
I have been eating breakfast here for decades, I remember the old place when standing in line on the sidewalk was the norm. Love the food, love the vibe and Rod and Terry always support their community. A perfect mix. But I would really like to get that Mac and Cheese on the breakfast menu!

We went there yesterday for Mother’s Day. They seated us very timely considering. The staff was great and friendly and all moms left with a rose 🌹. Mimosas were amazing!

Great service and atmosphere. Food was beyond tasty and portions were more than enough. Breakfast burrito, Cadillac potatoes, and black beans were seasoned well and served hot. But what topped off the breakfast was the amazing Bloody Mary.
My breakfast Cosmo was perfect! The chicken fried steak was super tasty and well cooked! The he only bad part were the potatoes. They’re covered in dark spices, so they looked well cooked and crispy, but they weren’t crispy at all
The food was good. Fresh, well-made, and decent size servings. You can get good brunch at lots of places in Portland, but what makes this place stand out is the service. Everyone we encountered was absolutely exceptional. Wildly welcoming, friendly, and perfectly attentive. The host Tim is a gosh-darn national treasure. Give them a raise immediately!! My only complaint was the booth size. Not at all comfy for anyone not waif-sized. That said, we could have asked to switch to a table, and we didn't, so no big deal. Oh, and the Virgin Mary was delicious!! Thank you for having yummy alcohol-free options 😋
Ordered the Cadillac Benedict, Avocado Benedict, Cadillac Biscuits Gravy & Eggs, and Rustic Hash. Service was top-notch with quick food delivery. Only hiccup was the watery gravy for the Cadillac biscuits and the eggs weren't over medium. Otherwise, a pleasant dining experience.
All around the food was good and drinks were good. Great service and nice history to the place.

Wonderful place for breakfast. We were greeted and sat promptly and our server Cecil was fantastic. Kept the coffee flowing and the pace of the meal was perfect. Food was delicious and just what we needed. Neat story and Cadillac car in the middle of the restaurant.
Came on a brunch date with my son. It was absolutely delicious. I'm a big fan of Cadillacs, and it just so happens that there is a beautiful one parked in the restaurant🥰🥰 Our server's name was Bryan and was very courteous and friendly.

We arrived at 10:30 on a Saturday with no wait. I did notice that once 11 rolled around, people did have to wait for about 30-45 minutes, so get here early to beat the crowds!
We had a very attentive and kind server (Pete) who kept our water and coffee full. The food took about 30 minutes to come out, so we were given a generous serving of free coffee cake (pictured) to tide us over.
The pancakes were phenomenal. I did ask for English muffins and got toast, as well as ordering bacon, and did not receive it, but honestly, the food was so good I didn't bring it up. The serving sizes are VERY generous. I enjoyed a Virgin Mary to drink - a virgin twist on the bloody Mary. I'm pregnant, so it felt nice to enjoy something other than water or juice.
The restaurant is beautiful (we were sitting in the garden room) with plenty of natural sun. There were fun old Cadillac pieces set around the store and old music played. It was a really nice vibe for both a romantic brunch with my fiance and a family-friendly environment. Can't wait to come back!
I had guests in town over last weekend. The server was very attentive and provided top-notch services. I asked if my friends could take pictures in Cadillac, and the manager agreed and took some fabulous photos.
Pretty nice place. Be sure to check actual menu restaurant put online. Bacon a bit salty on my sandwich, au jus too salty (seems most restsaurants au jus is). Would go back. [Hope planters on beams are firmly attached.]
Second time eating here, food was 100% scrumptious both times. My hubby liked the drip coffee. Can’t go wrong with anything you order. Only side note is, if you enjoy their $12-14 boozy coffee don’t expect it to be strong. Maybe stick to the basic. Enjoy!!!
Was apprehensive about a themed cafe but the food was really great. The pancakes in particular were 💯. We had really lovely service from the team. Would recommend.

and let me tell you about the potatoes best ever for breakfast. Staff knowledgeable and at the Cadillac Cafe you will always see a variety of faces and cultures all eating under one roof. The decor is unique wallpaper in the ladies room. The Cadillac in the dining room is such a great part and pretty car to look at while eating. Old fashioned diner with the allure and sparkle from something modern with its choices of flavors and food !

Cadillac is a classic diner with decent food, good coffee and a fun atmosphere, where people and car can grab a bite. This iconic diner is a hot spot for groups and families to come and get cozy with a pink Cadillac that can be seen slurping some fine motor oil with the aging patrons of this Portland classic.
The Cadillac Benedict was a fine choice, a meaty Benedict with bacon and ham, though I'd argue the hollandaise could benefit from a little less lemon. The French Toast was delicious and coffee is good. 👍

Delightful! Excellent food. Honestly, it was the BEST eggs Benedict and crisp bacon I've ever had. SOME of the seats are ULTRA close together, but the sign says they have a state of the art air purification system, which is nice.
Some of the seating is almost elbow to armpit in places, but the food quality kinda makes up for that. The full bar makes it the ideal Sunday brunch experience if you don't mind the areas where it's close-up breathe-their-breath seating.
We were recommended this spot on a business trip and it did not disappoint. Love the vibes, and the service is impeccable! Jaime was attentive and so sweet. The French Dip was AMAZING; I put down my last half to save room and I just had to keep picking it up and finished it off. The au jus was on point!
