They have a crust that hits all the notes of texture and flavor. The perfect canvas for their quality toppings. The service was also outstanding - friendly and attentive, even with the full house. Enjoy the vibe and quality of this gem of a spot. The best artisan pizza in Oregon, if not the country.

I'm never let down by this gem of a place. The Caesar salad is bold and full of flavor (a must have for me) and the garden salad is a sweet and savory delight. The pizza is mouthwateringly tasty and the next best thing to dining in Naples. I love the simple combinations of flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. Service is fast and friendly too. <3

I love this place, and the Sausage and Mamas pizza is to die for, the middle is thin and crispy, the outer crust is chewy and flavorful. By far my favorite pizza in country!

Enough said... 5 . The perfect pizza . Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings are perfectly balanced. Try the Caesar salad with anchovies.... it is the best Caesar salad around. I’ve had pizza in Brooklyn and Chicago and this beats the all. Peppino’s in Brooklyn is a close second followed by Grimaldi’s in third place.

Easily my favorite pizza 🍕 around!! Everyone who works there is awesome! I’m pretty sure if aliens 👽 ever invade our planet 🌎 it will be for this pizza 🍕. It will be a hole galactic thing for whichever species has this pizza rules them all.😊

If you go to Portland and don't make a visit to Apizza Scholls, you are missing out on some of the best New Haven style pizza in the world, including in New Haven. The Pizza Amore is my favorite, but you can't go wrong with any of them. Start with a large Caesar Salad, maybe get an antipasti plate (depending on how many in your party) and then get two pizzas. Plan to bring some home, because it is also wonderful cold.

In a foodie City Apizza Scholls has inspired a good pizza scene but remains the best pizza in the country!

Amazing pizza. The dough is phenomenal, the sauce is perfect. Nice size pies also. This pizza reminds me of a place in San Francisco that has won numerous world competitions for his pizza. It's THAT good! We will be going back for sure.

Apizza Scholls makes great pizza. The crust is perfectly cooked with a slight char, and comes out crisp and light. I topped mine with the house made sausage.

Finally got around to trying Apizza Scholls, it is a bustling pizza haven. With a party of three, despite the crowd, we were seated fairly quickly. The service was lightning-fast, and our glasses never went empty—quick water refills always! The menu offered an array of pizza options and we were offered sides like ranch (extra cost for hot honey). The pizza here is spectacular with a crispy crust that holds its own, and just the right amount of toppings without it being too floppy. Each ingredient tasted fresh and full of flavor. The ambiance is top-notch; great vibes all around. Impeccably clean and staffed with incredibly friendly individuals, this spot truly lives up to its reputation as one of Portland's finest pizza joints. If you're in town and searching for an exceptional pizza experience, this place is more than deserving of its accolades as one of the best in Portland! Bonus: they’re ice cream sandwiches are actually really good!

My manager told me this was the only place he ever gets pizza at in Portland. So when my brother came into town from Miami & saw their One Bite score, it was game over. We’re big fans!!! So worth the wait. Pizza was delicious. We just got a classic cheese. Waiter was attentive. Gifted my bro a memorable a shirt for the experience ‘cause the design is A1.

Super delicious Gigantic pizzas. Recommend getting half and half so that you can get more options to try. One pizza is good for 3-4 friends. Tap beer options are good if you like IPA. They have tons of wine and bottled beer options. Bon appetite 😇

Apizza Scholls has the BEST Caesar salad I’ve ever had in my life. The pizza was delicious with flavorful sausage and the service was great. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of my salad before I started enjoying it. Every bite was more delicious than the previous and before I knew it, we had finished it. We shared it because it’s a very shareable salad and right as we finished it. The pizza came out. It was perfect . We really appreciated the warm, attentive service. Aunt really appreciated that our server ran our pizza out to us after we forgot it. Thank you very much! I look forward to trying the pizza with jalapeños in it next time!

Was the pizza good? Definitely tasty - but ive had better. People sware by the pizza so if you NEED to try it go for it- but I'd say it's overpriced and overhyped. Also they force you to tip on carryout orders. If you come there to get a pizza to-go they automatically add an 18% gratuity to your check. You get to tip someone for pushing a button on a computer and handing you a pizza. $28 for a cheese pizza? Yikes...

This pizza is a must try. Expect a long wait unless it's a party of two that's willing to sit at the bar but it's worth the wait. There's only one size (18") of pizza on the menu but you can do half and half if your party wants different toppings. Great flavor and delicious crust.

Took my husband there for his birthday this year. We've been there before with friends a while back and remember enjoying the tasty pizza and arcade games so why not celebrate the birthday boy? Prices were reasonable and we even had leftover pizza for the next day. Not sure how that happened because it's damn delicious. I forgot they offered Italian wines by the glass (oh how I love Italian wines) and pretty much fell in love with the place all over again. We plan on taking friends visiting Portland to this spot. Can't wait to go back!

I have traveled to over thirty states and dozens of countries and I eat the local pizza everywhere I go. I'm from the NY/NJ area is this tastes like home. This is easily in my top three pizzas. It opens at five and the line starts 10-15 minutes before that, so get there early and get in line. Service is great. They were good to the archaeologists that were in town. We took an Uber.

Terrific pizza. They have an old-fashioned arcade in the rear which is a lot of fun.

Honestly only went because I have the same last name and wanted a hat, but the pizza smelled so good that we stayed for dinner. Super good! Right level of pizza thickness and grease. Just good old fashioned satisfying pie. Beer list and arcade are fun perks too.

Their pizza is amazing. You can tell everything is carefully selected that goes into making the pizza. I've been wanting to try their pizza for about two years now because I've heard nothing but amazing things about them. This was my first time, and it was well worth the wait. Give this place a try, and you will be pleased you did.

Best pizza I've had since... well, ever. Our server was super friendly and accommodating. Brian, the owner is a very kind and generous person. He put an already great experience right over the top! Let's talk about that crust. Crisp, light, chewy, and SO flavorful! Go. Eat. Order more than you need, and take home the leftovers for breakfast. You won't regret it.

Hands down the best pizza in Portland/Vancouver and honestly that I've ever had. We order 2 Paulie Gees every time. It's SO good. I usually can't wait to eat it and eat a couple slices in the car. Best chewy/crispy crust ever. Hand sliced mozzarella - what more do you want? Fantastic customer service - they're super friendly and accommodating. I've asked two times for special messages to my husband and they happily did it for us. Do yourself a favor run, don’t walk.

Awesome pizza and customer service. I was grabbing pizzas for a birthday and they don't have any paper plates but a guy I think was one of the managers offered me some plates he had from a Super Bowl party 4 years ago. Wow! Ha ..lucky me! The weather is so cold and rainy here it was impossible for me to make it back with warm pizzas but they still tasted great. I can't wait to go back and try it hot. My oven is currently on the fritz. 😔 Anyway, they are a must try if you're in Portland. Great authentic pizza the way it should be made. The pizza gods would be proud. 🙏🏽
