It was busy when we got there but if you dint care about sitting at the bar it’s relatively quick.
Had to try it after we were told the water in Portland is similar to that of Japan’s when it comes to PH levels which makes the Ramen taste very authentic.

An absolute must go when you want to splurge on some incredible sashimi. The menu is highly curated which may be unfamiliar to those used to the expansive menus of most American sushi joints but I promise the selection will not leave you wanting.
