Nothing but great things to say about this place. The menu and the food was excellent. Would definitely come back again and again to this location to try many of the other great things that are on the menu. Not to mention all the French pastries are outstanding!

Amazing food!!! Great service. A little cramped, and popular enough that there is almost always a short wait. But so worth it!

Excellent quality. Excellent staff. Beautiful environment. Best coffee outside of Europe! Generous portions. We had the onion soup, chicken ala king soup, and the salad topped w salmon cooked to perfection and topped w pesto. Baguettes were delicious. Thank you to Heather and the rest of the staff who put together our best lunch experience in Portland!

Server was slammed, so it wasn't ideal and she couldn't seem to keep up, but other than that... love this place. The croissants are normally fabulous, but this particular day they were a bit overcooked. I know their usual standard, so I'll definitely return... just not on a Sunday brunch time. You gotta try the croissants!!

I don’t often give five stars but the food I had here was worth it. 10/10 I live in Washington but would move to be closer to this food. I had the salmon Benedict and having a Benedict on a croissant is a game changer but it’s also the way the croissant is made, it’s so fresh and buttery. It came with a squash/potato side and I didn’t even think I liked squash until I had it here. My friend said it was the best hollandaise she had ever had and I agree, everything was fresh, well thought out and expertly executed. To accompany we had the mimosa flight we chose two lavander, strawberry and raspberry. Everything was amazing. I have been looking at the videos and planning a trip to go back already.

I ordered the eggs benny it was gross, but my waitress Delany was amazing and let me switch to the corn beef hash. It was delicious. The coffee was amazing as well. People in the restaurant were friendly as well.

My husband and I love to go here for brunch and breakfast. You can tell that everything is cooked fresh to order and I LOVE the crispy buttery croissants. Lots of savory vegetarian dishes and non vegetarian. The place does get very busy and crowded and there is usually always a wait time. But their staff is efficient and fast and keeps the tables turning! Oh and their bakery is absolute fire 🔥😋🔥😋

01/08/2022: 4.0 out of 5 - It has been awhile since I came to Petite Provence Boulangerie & Patisserie. A few of us from my Saturday running group showed up. The establishment had changed its table layout, and a few other things. However, the place was still impressively clean and the table layout does seem to allow more seating. It was as noisy as it usually is, but we didn't have to yell or text across the table to have a conversation. The staff were friendly and very professional. Clean, attentive, quick and responsive without the intrusion. Now the food and drinks. What can I say? It was okay. It was plated nicely, but the taste seemed bland. Not like how it was, considering I've ordered many of the items on Petite Provence's menu in the past. All in all, at the end of any meal I often will ask, "Would you come back?" My answer if given the opportunity? Most likely since the staff are great, and the establishment doesn't partake in any for of discrimination. So, if you ever get a chance, try it once and decide for yourself. Enjoy!

Excellent lunch and service was great. I ended up walking down division around lunchtime and decided to stop in a Petite Provence. I've been to PPBP many times over the past few decades and never disappointed with the food or service. True to form the food was great again today. BLT on Croissant was delicious and the French onion soup a perfect. Dessert is always tasty and again today was no exception. Prices are reasonable Sidewalk seating was decent and plentiful. Restrooms clean Service by Liam was exceptional---there but not hovering! Final take---Strongly recommended

Breakfast was delicious but we had a pretty lengthy wait for a Monday morning. It was well with the it! The service was good, the food even better! Our family got a wide range of dishes and they were all delicious! I tried the corned beef hash with horseradish and shallot sauce. It was extraordinary. The hash browns were a little greasy tasting but overall the flavors were complex and complementary! They have a great selection of delightful looking pastries as well! Definitely pay this place a visit if you’re in the area!

Wonderful place with range of bakery items. Everything we tried from bakery was simply delicious! They also have a good breakfast menu which we’ll try out next time. The soup of the day (Cajun Clam) was very tasty as well.

Petite Provence has become the "go to" breakfast or brunch option for my partner and I. Service is always excellent and the food is very tasty. Today we both had the Provonce Benedict - a toasted croissant with ham, perfectly poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce, with a side of hashed browns.

Absolute pleasure to dine here. The food was magnifico. Cooked exactly as ordered, beautifully plated . The pastry!! Flakiest croissant ever! Service was outstanding and we were the first ones in that morning. I would have preferred a bit more char on my hash browns tho. Still. ❤️

You can get it all here - breakfast, sandwiches, coffee, pastries (not just for breakfast anymore), bread to go. Regardless of what you choose, it's all good. My wife's all-time favorite tuna sandwich is the one that you'll find here. The breakfasts are the part of the menu that I enjoy the most. It's been quite a while since I've had dinner here - I always enjoyed their light menu, but a look at their web site shows that they've expanded the dinner offerings quite a bit. All in all, this remains one of my favorite spots on Division, regardless of the time of day.

FATTEST YES FOR ME! we visited last week and breakfast was amazing. I have the Mediterranean salad + poached eggs, and my friends got an omelet and skillet. Everything was absolutely amazing. My chicken for the salad was a bit dry but it didn’t bother me too much, the chocolate Croissant was phenomenal. Salad 10/10 artichokes were surprisingly great, would prefer without olives next time but I would recommend anyone visiting protland to eat breakfast here !!

The service and food were so good! I had the northwestern scramble with the smoked salmon OMG SO GOOD. It paired well with sunrise breakfast drink which is OG and something mixed in lol sorry can’t remember but it was tasty. Our server was nice and we met the manager( at least I think she was the manager) and she was fantastic. I definitely will be back. Check them out

Enjoyed a brunch before my trip back home in Georgia. Service could have been faster as all 3 of us ordered our coffee and meals at the same time. But the waitress seemed like they were making one drink delivering then the next drinks. So we all got our drinks like 5 minutes apart. I do have to say my meal was absolutely delicious!
