The Brix Tavern is an amazing place. I've been there for brunch, dinner and I've also ordered takeout before. I love the food, I always get their salt and pepper calamari regardless of what I'm actually trying to get for my meal. Happy hour is really nice too when you meet it and it's for food (not all meals though) and drinks. It is quite pricey but I love their food so I keep going back. Ordering online for takeout was super easy too. Ambience is great inside but you can sit outside and people-watch. Service is nice and the people there are cool. Seating doesn't take long as long as there are open seats but it's a hotspot so it can get crowded.

Me and my friends had a great time. Service was quick and we were served on the house donuts. Quality and quantity of food was reasonable.

Appetizer was good (calamari and halibut tacos). Main dinner was ok, I got the July dinner special ribs and chicken, the coleslaw that was included was not good at all the fries was really good. Bf ordered their whiskey burger with tots, it was ok... needed more sauce kinda dry but the tots came out perfect. The cocktails were meh I got the huckleberry daisy and my bf got the oregon mule. Order their seasonal bread pudding (blueberry lemon) to go that was also just ok.

Brix Tavern has been the spot for many of my boozy Sundays, their bottomless mimosas hit the spot and you definitely get what you pay for! Their food is delicious, I’ve never had any issues with the food and always try new thing because it’s all so good. The brunch comes with these complimentary fruit and cream covered donuts that are amazing, I wish I could buy some to take home. Their dinner is just as good as their brunch, I recommend the pot pie!

Absolutely loved it here. We came in with a big group and they were able to accommodate us. Service was great and food cane in pretty quickly as well. Talking about food, it was great. It was very flavorful 10/10. I had the Brix Fried Chicken. It is crispy fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and seasonal roasted veggies (that concisted of red bell peppers, yellow squash and zuchinni). They also have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. They had great service. I will definitely be coming back again!

They were short staffed and we were a bit forgotten. Our server who ended up jumping in was awesome and gave us free dessert to make up for it. However, the manager bypassed us without a word many times in the evening and definitely saw we were not getting served. The food was also fantastic but again took a long time coming out.

We ran in real quick before the Blazers game. Service was great. I had the Polenta & Mushrooms and really enjoyed it. My husband had the Tuna. He didn’t offer to share, so I’m assuming it was delicious ;) We then also had the Grill Cheese with Tomato Soup and that was also yummy. Our two boys also had the kids pizza and cheeseburger, and my husband and I both had two drinks and we got out of there for under $100, which seems rare these days for the amount of food and drinks we had. It was also happy hour, and a pretty good one for what’s around town :) Also seems like a great place for a larger party or event.

Let me start off with we had a large party. There is a lot going on for the servers. The happy hour menu was reasonable in the price. The food was delicious. My only complaint-when the server took our order the food came to the table randomly. The person bringing the food did not take the order and he was very confused. It was difficult when several ordered the same food. This lead to a missed order, there is nothing more irritating watching others eat. Besides this, everything was great. I recommend going here for happy hour.

My whiskey burger was pretty good, just would have preferred a bigger meatier patty I think. The beat salad was bomb, the toasted hazelnuts were delicious. Finally the Heath brownie, a respectable 7 out of 10. Will definitely go back, seems like a great atmosphere for cocktails. Awesome service.

Stopped by today for a quick bite after running errands. We had the wings and halibut tacos. Wings - overall really good, just wish they were a little crispier. Tacos- 10/10 +the capers are a fun touch.

Vibe is upscale Gaston pub. Where they shine is the value. Too many pubs in the Pearl District over charge for trash, with the quintessential “Portland” customer service. Brix hits the balance of great food, service and borderline cheap prices. The only criticism I have is their ranch is sub par, and the wings are sometimes great but can get soggy if you don’t get them dropped off in the 6 minute window they stay crispy after they are tossed with sauce. My advice, get sauce in the side if they are busy.

Had Thanksgiving dinner here, very delicioso. Drinks were also very good, but I didn't partake since I didn't want to get too drunk in front of the in laws.

I love this place!! One of the best places in Portland to get bottomless mimosa brunch. The pictures below are from their Happy Hour. It was wonderful as well. The tachos are tota with jalapeños and sour cream 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 so good!! The fries calamari was the perfect texture and the tomato bacon soup and grilled cheese tasted like home 💓 Do not pass this place at any hour!

Fun brunch. Patio seating with fresh air was great. I wanted to try their bottomless mimosas but was unable to. Their coffee and flavored lemonade was quite good though. Waiter was nice and gave us some complimentary donuts for our wait
