Decided to come and take a look at their building they just opened. Asa, our server was very welcoming and gave awesome customer service. I definitely would recommend this place to enjoy a relaxing place for tasty food/coffee/good beer.
Amazing food!!! Came here for a birthday lunch and it was fantastic. Ordered the full English and every bite I took I was in heaven. Especially the mushrooms haha. I dont know what it was about those things but I wish I had more than just the three. Highly recommend. Had a nice chat with the owners wife or co-owner I believe. Sorry I dont know how that works. Very nice lady. Was a great visit.
The best Brit cuisine ever!!! Food is very tasty! Very clean space that is not over decorated. Great service, and the attention to food is very well done. I had the breakfast sandwich and it was very flavorful, satisfying, and didn't feel heavy to digest. The prices are good and I would eat there again for sure. Hope the restaurant continues to be successful and stays there!
Love the food, love the staff...every time I go the service and food is on point!! And those bacon breakfast sandwich's are heaven!!
The food is fantastic! I grew up on English bangers and bacon and eating here was just what I needed. The food is delicious and fresh; lots of different items on the menu and I found the prices perfectly reasonable. I am definitely coming back to visit the next time I'm in Portland.
Chris is such a sincere, down to earth, chef and restauranteur. I can't wait for grand opening!!! I can already tell the vibe in the restaurant is going to modern and inviting. I already know his food is killer. Now I'm hungry!
We loved our full English breakfast. What an unexpected treat in Portland. Good coffee too. Lovely sleek cafe.
A substantial proper British breakfast with super high quality ingredients at a fair price. Excellent value for money. Having lived in the UK, I can say that Kingsland Kitchen has absolutely nailed it on their British breakfast offerings- spot on!!
Amazing breakfast and coffee!!! Any of the breakfast sandwiches or muffins are a good choice
Tried this place for the first time today, and I have tried so many food carts. This place is easily in my top three. My food was delicious, Chris is so friendly and knowledgable, and it's made from scratch! Love it!
Best Full English Breakfast since I moved to the States in 2009! Any Brit in Portland owes it to themselves to visit.
Great food and exceptional customer service! Thanks Asa for good coffee and reccomendations!
I walked past Kingsland Kitchen when it was a food Cart on my way to work 5 days a week. I looked forward to seeing Chris and his Wife. They are always friendly, accommodating and the food is to die for. Miss you guys!! See you soon!
We really enjoyed our time at Kingsland Kitchen! The full English was delicious. They gave me a free shot for my birthday that tasted like birthday cake. The pancake shots were very good as well! Service was fantastic and very fast!
Food and service was great. I will be back. Pancake were a hit and bacon was so crispy. Easy to make reservations for a party of 5 and the table was ready upon arrival.

Found this place while we were walking around the Saturday Market. Super delicious breakfast special and Bloody Mary! My girl had the salmon Benedict and really liked it! Service was a little disorganized, we had a couple people checking on us, but they were all super friendly! Would highly recommend and I’d definitely go back!
Price: Modern breakfast/brunch spot. Average $20 ish per entree.
Food: The bacon cheeseburger and fries were a hit. I hear (lol) burger was cooked to the right temperature and fries were delicious. Breakfast skillet was decent as well. Not a huge fan of how the potatoes were prepared. Definitely not as flavorful as the fries.
Service: Seemed short staff. Restaurant was pretty packed but limited amount of staff. Staff mainly talked to themselves, didn’t hear too much conversations with patrons.
Environment: Super modern vibe. Love the clean look.
NTT [[Next Time Try]]: Fries. Bae ate them all sooo…
Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo
Food was so delicious. My fiancé and I split the breakfast tacos and a brunch burger and we were so happy with our choices . The breakfast tacos were so delicious and tasty , they were my favorite between the two ..but the burger was so good too
A fun breakfast spot located in downtown Portland. Kingsland Kitchen would have a waiting time of 20-30 minutes, but the staff will get your number and text you once they have a table for you. Parking is hard especially when it is busy, you might have to park a block or two away and walk towards the location.
The food was incredible! Everything was delicious and definitely value for money. You get quite a lot of food. The Spicy Chicken burger was not too spicy(unless you have a bite of the pepper before you eat). The Brunch Burger was amazing, egg perfectly cooked.
The staff were super friendly and attentive. Very willing to offer advice to us tourists.
Highly recommend!
Been here multiple times. Love the french toast, breakfast burrito and Lazy cow breakfast tacos.
Fried chicken sandwich is also very delicious. 10/10 recommended:)
We stopped in for breakfast. It was delicious. We were seated promptly and waited on right away. I would definitely recommend.
I’ve been to Portland so many times, but I really scored big on my dining selections this time. This place is EVERYTHING!
The restaurant is on a corner but located inside a hotel, but not sure if they have any affiliation. In fact there is a sign inside the hotel that says you cannot enter the restaurant from their hall. But the front door via the street to the restaurant was jammed (we didn’t know at the time) so we entered the back way from hotel hall. No one cared but we realized later after hearing the hostess that the door from the street to the restaurant is hard to open. You have to yank at it.
The food is really good, portions ginormous, quality excellent. Service was over the top. Staff is really attentive.
I had the breakfast tacos, and it was sooo good. My friend had the biscuits and gravy. Portion was so big she barely ate half of it. Then we shared the french toast which is a MUST. I am going to say it’s the BEST French toast I’ve EVER had. This place is a food lover’s dream. Would definitely come back again!
They do take reservations which is advised bc it was pretty busy when we went on a MONDAY.
This is a gem amongst gems with top notch service and food that's on point, my wife had the eggs Benedict and i ordered the special which was a fried chicken breast with sausage gravy over potatoes with two eggs on top with a bloody Mary chaser. Let's just say i had a smile on face when I walked out. So do yourself a favor and visit Kingsland you won't regret it!
Been here twice now and both times were great. We had to wait a few minutes to get seated but that is everywhere at any good brunch spot these days on a Saturday/Sunday. We had the breakfast burrito, a special crab cake benedict, good morning margarita, and a michelada. Previously have tried the Holli’s hashbrown casserole and smoked salmon benedict. All have been very tasty. Will obviously go back.
Really enjoyed our brunch! Definitely recommend the pancake shot. The savory bacon was the perfect way to end the JameO shot (plus butterscotch schnapps? Yum). We got the smoked salmon Benedict and the bacon and cheddar omelette. The English muffin was super tasty on the Benedict and the eggs from the omelette were super fluffy. 4 stars because the Irish coffee cocktail wasn’t necessarily my taste but it was strong so I still recommend it. We got there about 10-10:30 and there wasn’t a long wait. Our server was very kind and accommodating. Definitely a good spot for breakfast and brunch!
Best brunch spot in Portland the food is so freaking delicious. Get reservations if your trying to go Sunday. Great place for all.
We're visitors to Portland and we're in search of brunch on a Thursday. What a great find. We had omelets with Bloody Marys. Perfection. The choice between potatoes and salad is awesome. My husband said he could actually taste the salmon in his omelet, they aren't stingy! The Bloody Mary glasses are rimmed with something that looks like Old Bay, but definitely isn't. It's hot a delicious little kick. Our server was wonderful. Couldn't ask for more.
Very clean and friendly! No wait to be seated and coffee came within 2 mins. Food was delicious with many flavors.
First time in and definitely will be back :)
