First thing, I saw a lot of asians there, so that put me at ease. Second, the menu is expansive. Third, the accompaniments were plenty. I normally have to order more basil etc., but not here. Hot tea automatically comes with the meal, and the service is prompt. I will come again.

Hands down the best pho in Oregon, plentiful in all types of meat and will fill you up. Food came out very fast and was nice and hot. The service is superb as we were seated right away and order. The owners son is quite the gentleman and is shaping up to be a handsome young man he must take it from his dad. Can’t wait to go here next week!

I’m visiting Portland and needed a good meal. I was a bit skeptical because I walked in through the back door but omg…everything was so perfectly balanced and delicious. I’ve had Pho before but this one was the best I’ve ever had. The spicy sauce that is on the table is 👌🏼👌🏼 that leaves a little kick on your lips that leaves you wanting more. I inevitably did choke on it but still wanted more. Will go again before I leave.

I think this place has one of the best bowls of soup in town. Their broth is delicious and it comes out to you fast.

Their pho is good. The noodles for Bun Bo Hue is not great. Must get their fried sweet bread! It’s like Johnny Cake. I suggest employees wear hats as I did see a hair.

Lovely dinner! The restaurant is very large and would be great for a large group or party. It was pretty crowded when we got there, but we were seated quickly. It was loud, tho, so be forewarned, if you have hearing issues. We started off with the fresh salad rolls and spring rolls. Very tasty. The fresh rolls were made with basil, which isn’t my favorite. I prefer cilantro in my salad rolls, but they were still good and packed with both chicken and shrimp. The peanut sauce was tasty, albeit a bit too runny for my taste. (I like a thicker peanut sauce) The spring rolls were excellent. I settled on the Chicken Pho and was pleased. The broth was flavorful and that’s the most important thing about pho, in my opinion. The beef pho was good, too. Lots of bean sprouts, basil, lime and jalapeños to add to your bowl. Lots of noodles, too! The menu is extensive!! There were an amazing array of Vietnamese dishes available. I should have been more adventurous in my choice, but I love pho so much, I needed to try it. Maybe next time. The waitstaff was very busy, but they were polite and hustled like no one’s business! I definitely recommend this place, and hope I find time to get back to try some of the other dishes.

One of the best pho restaurants in town. Their pho is rich in beef stock, fresh ingredients and sides of greens. They have many authentic Vietnamese food offerings. You know it's good when my mom who used to live in Vietnam said it's good. If you want authentic Vietnamese soul food, this is where you should go grab a good hot bow of pho on a chilly rainy Portland day. Highly recommend.

While I won't call Pho Oregon fancy, it's precisely the kind of place I love to get Pho. The menu is extensive in its Pho selections and other delicious Vietnamese dishes. I usually alternate between Beef Pho and exploring one of the other dishes on their large menu. The vermicelli bowls are delicious, and the curry is excellent as well. My favorite time to eat is when the dining room is busy, diverse, and energetic.

We ate with a big party, but the service was still nice and the food service is fast! I love this place a lot, there’s a lot of flavour in each bite, and it’s delicious! Lots of steak in the soup, generous portions, and the Salad Rolls are fresh! Not too crowded, but the vibe is just right to have a conversation and a good bite! I recommend checking this place for a good time, plus the decor is super cute!

Let me start out with the waiter. He must be the owners son because if he worked for me I'd smack his knuckles like uncle Nigel smacking the subscribe button. He had a total attitude. Swaggered around like a big lord on a small mountain. Was not engaging or pleasant, every movement he made dripped with haughtiness. He did his job, but there was absolutely nothing friendly or welcoming about him. And now on to the actual meat of the review. The Beef broth noodle dish I got was wonderful. The meat was deeply flavored and fall apart tender. One of the best stew broths I've had in ages. The noodles were easily separated in the bowl. The Spring Rolls and the sauce were great, tight and well wrapped as a caterpillar in a cocoon. The veggie dish was not only plentiful, but colorful and the condiment tray was well stocked. The decor was upscale Asian eighties, which is a perfect alternative for the Inner Portland upscale yuppie look. It looks, exactly like what it is. A place that not only caters to bumbling newcomers like myself, but a strong contingent of the Jade District. The menu reflects this historical demographic with a long and varied menu, much of which is, foreign to me. Coming here and slowly working through the menu would a daunting but delightful process. The food is worth the punk attitude of the waiter, who really needs to remember that people there are either paying the bills or working to get the bills paid. He is almost a caricature of the young, can't be bothered, too good for this job, son of an owner, archetype. I loved the fish by the way although the rock fountain out front seems to be the repository for used face masks.

We got shrimp salad rolls and chicken pho. Both were very delicious. The salad rolls tasted really fresh and the shrimp was tender and tasty. The chicken pho is the best I've had in Portland so far, the broth was flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the chicken was delicious. This place definitely met the hype.

Went her today for the first time. Their food was served in a timely manner. Very tasteful. I was impressed with the condiments they had on the table. Usually there's only one napkin and 1 fork and you have to ask for anything additional. At this location they have plenty of spoons, napkins, sauces and whatever you needed they had it out there. Also wanted to notate the service was good and they were friendly. We will be back again.

Phở Oregon is a solid 4/5 for consistent phở quality and best non-phở offering in a phở restaurant in PDX! This place been around for at least the last three decades I have resided on and off Oregon. Obviously I don't think they need Yelp for marking. It is a small family owned. They offer banquet since the place is massive and have its own parking space. The gate does closed promptly at their scheduled closing time and your car will be town so make sure you check for their house or else it will be the most expensive Vietnamese food you ever eaten! They have over 100 items on their menu for food and drink and surprisingly do well with majority with their food items. This is not the case for most places. Limited veggies selection but they do have it. Phở Oregon is still my go to for Southern style Vietnamese Bánh Xèo. And they still earn 5/5 rating for it. No other places in PDX even comes close to them when it comes to this dish. Prompt and friendly service even though the staff whose bring out food to you either don't want to or barely speak to you. The front staff is great and could be too funny at time. Bonus: I love business that provides toilet seat covers!
