We stopped here as an alternative because the place we were going to eat at was busy. And I’m so glad we did the pizza here is amazing and the flat bread was delicious. Everything is fresh and healthy. Give this place a try if you enjoy pizza made with fresh ingredients.

1st Breakfast sandwich of the week. 1/66 Egg ham and cheese. Do I taste some aioli? That I do….? Honestly, didn’t know it was gluten free so the bread did seem different. My guess is the lack of gluten but Im no food scientist. Good size, structure. love a compact egg patty. Wee expensive. Legit thought I was going to the place next door. What a bonus way to start my AM sandwhich marathon in being in a locale where there is quite literally options on every corner. I give it a 7.4/10 mcMuffs! (Assuredly higher if I was used to gluten free breads.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for so long and we finally made it out for my bday weekend. With two young kids in tow, we were running late, naturally, and ended up arriving about 15 min before they were closing. They were super patient and helpful despite us showing up right before closing. Everything was delicious. We got a few donuts plus bagels and pizza dough to go. I’m obsessed with the pizza dough, we’re gonna go back and stock up and freeze a bunch. So yummy. Bagels were delicious too. So happy to find yummy gluten free options

Their gluten-free doughs, baked goods, etc are the best GF products out there! My wife is an excellent baker, and when we visit family and bring dessert she always uses their stuff and it’s nearly impossible to tell the difference with gluten. Highly recommend whenever you need GF food!

I really can't believe what they are able to do with gluten-free pastries here. Consistently unbelievable quality and service. The selection is huge and is always changing a little. I can't say enough good things about ghis place. I also really appreciate how other common allergens are listed on each pastry, such as soy, dairy, corn...etc. It makes the decisions so much easier. Also, a nice location and open indoor space that feels welcoming. Thanks!

The gluten-free pizza is some of the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. It doesn't even taste like i am eating gluten-free pizza. Had the margarita and a broccoli sausage pizza in two separate weeks, and it just keeps getting better. I can even eat it cold and it still taste good, the dough is still soft and doesn't not turn to cardboard. This should be the gold standard of gluten-free pizza dough. All others are just a tease.

Super cute place. I could totally come here for a breakfast sandwich and chill with a book for hours. My wife and i stopped by and grabbed some breakfast sandwiches to go. We tried the Ham, egg and cheese and also the egg and cheese. Both were delicious; the chili oil on the egg & cheese was next level. 👌 We tried the cheese chive biscuit which wasnt my favorite fluffy texture that i like of biscuits, but my wife really liked the flavor. I love having a whole bakery of gluten free options and also multiple milk options for lattes. Oat is not for me so thanks for having other options.

Cool place that has several gluten free items. We had a chocolate bar and a vegan chocolate chip cookie. Both were pretty good, but I actually enjoyed the cookie more. The people working here were pretty nice and friendly.

You do not have to be diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten intolerance to eat these delicious bagels with cream cheese. They taste as good as if they were made with gluten. But if you are diagnosed with a gluten related intolerance, New Cascadia offers the best gluten free bagels in the United States.
