Missed my late flight, came in and was met with great hostility and kindness. From the shuttle driver, to the folks at the front desk, everyone was very accommodating and patient. Excellent customer service in my opinion. Would definitely recommend a stay at this location.
We stay here quite often each year, about every other month. It's very clean, great location, and most of the time the employees working are great! Only one sour experience from one, but maybe it was just a bad day. The shuttle drivers are great, always on time and super helpful.
This is a nice hotel close to the PDX Portland Airport. They have an airport courtesy shuttle, free breakfast (may depend on the booking type), and nice rooms. The staff was all super friendly! This was an excellent choice for a place to stay. The staff was outstanding in making my wife and dog, and I very comfortable while we were there. The food and drinks were very good.

I had an amazing one-night stay after a business trip, with a flight to catch the next morning. All the staff were very friendly and made the experience smooth and worth remembering. I'd love to stay here again the next time I'm in Portland.
Room was large plenty of space and towels. Swimming pool was clean and also had plenty of towels. Breakfast buffet was nice. Overall the location and cleanliness was greatly appreciated. Will return there for sure.
