This little place is tucked away behind Potbelly, but not really. It's comfy. Small, yet roomy. Minimally staffed(usually 1 person) in my experiences. But they get stuff done. Great service! Never had a bad experience or regretted going to this Ben & Jerry's!

Here's the wonderful secret about this place: eat ice cream and you support homeless and at risk youth as they learn and develop job skills. This also isn't just learning how to scoop ice cream, they can get hands on clerical and management training with references, plus the money continues to help
Smaller ice cream spot, not much seating. Geared more towards to-go. Did hear the manager say that if you call ahead to check on available flavors they may be able to pull out specific ones!
Ordered 2 cookie sundaes and 1 brownie sundae delivery and nothing was melted and they gave a generous portion for the extra whipped cream and hot fudge which I was hesitant to add bc I was afraid they'd give a tiny ramekin. Everything was yummy! So thank you!

It's a small shop and there is often a line but the ice cream is really good. There was an unsatisfied customer in line a few people ahead of me and I watched the staff try very hard to make it right. My daughter and I loved the lemonade sorbet.
