The only complaint I have about this place is that it isn't closer to me (I'm in Vancouver so the drive isn't too bad haha) First - they have free parking right next to the restaurant. How often do you hear that Portland offers free parking? Service was great. She saw that my fiancee was parking our car and that I was about to pay for the metered parking and she stopped me and said to go park in the garage. She was also patient as I was being indecisive on what to order and checked in on us frequently. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out but her customer service was on point. Ordered egg rolls, fried shrimp, and the thit nuong self roll platter. I am Vietnamese and born and raise in San Jose, California. So I grew up eating authentic home cooked Vietnamese foods and surrounded by authentic viet restaurants. And this place definitely is one of my favorite and authentic viet food within the area, which is hard to find. Highly recommend and would come back.

This spot has definitely become a favorite of mine — the only place where I actually like the taste of pho. The drunken noodles are 10/10 *chef’s kiss*

Excellent Pho restaurant on NW 21st. We had the super sized bowl of traditional Pho. Outstanding!

There is plenty of parking spaces here for an area near downtown Portland. There's an open bar if you like to come and enjoy a drink with a friend. The atmosphere is calm and not hectic like many places. The food is tasty. We had the Bun Bo Huế and Bo Ne (Jumping Beef). Mangonada here is a lot better than other locations. Our server is very friendly and provided great service. He made sure we have everything we needed and checked on us often. The manager, I'm assuming owner, is very nice, hands on with the service, and welcoming.

A solid place to get some pho in the NW area. The interior is nice and well decorated. I ordered the #1 - Pho Dac Biet and it was pretty good. The broth had a good flavor and the meat was also tasty. Soups, especially pho, are great to have on a cold rainy day. I wouldn't mind trying some other items next time.

As a vietnamese person, I appreciate the authenticity of this restaurant, from the decoration, vietnamese music, and food. Did not lack in flavor, and portion was perfect. We ordered: spring roll, egg roll, vietnamese ice coffee, bun bo hue, and pho dac biet. Everything was good. Definitely a hidden gem in downtown Portland.

Pho was subpar bland service the girl pretended there was a language barrier like overkill (I had been served by the same waitress previously and she spoke to me just fine) never got water after asking several times. Quaint, quiet spot in a relatively busy neighborhood.

Awesome place for some Phó. Got the beef combination Phó with rice noodles which has four different types of beef. My Girlfriend ordered the Chicken pho which came with thinly sliced chicken. Both delicious. Only wished they would have had hotter chili accessible to us. Oh yeah, they also have free parking in the garage for dinning in.

Walking around the neighborhood when my husband and I found this gem. The pho was fresh, plentiful and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and staff was attentive without being overly forceful. I’m hesitant to recommend it but only because I’m afraid the secret will get out and the crowds will arrive. We’ll definitely be back.

I've had phó at a few places around Portland but this was my favorite experience by far. Thai iced tea, chicken potstickers, vegan pho (has tofu and veggies), and Vietnamese beef stew were all great. The items were priced pretty on par with other phó restaurants but the portions were larger and there was more in the broth than other places I've been. The ambience was really nice (great color scheme, comfy booths, and more upscale vibes than your average phó restaurant). It's definitely a place you could go on a date night or take visiting friends and fam. The host/server (Cody) really made the experience. He was really friendly and we had great convo with him. I'll be going back for sure!

Everything was delicious! My martini was perfect. They readily added more herbs to the salad, refilled our water carafe multiple times, generally friendly, competent, and answered all our questions with a great attitude

Stopped in around 3 pm. No one else really around. Service was excellent. Enjoyed the modern Vietnamese music playing. Food was tasty and the wait was not long. Good selection of vegan choices! I ordered the yellow curry bowl. And the vegan spring rolls were the best we've ever had!

This place is a hidden gem! Don't let it's location fool you. We got the A1. Cha Gio/Vegan fried egg rolls. They were simply amazing! The dipping sauce was salty and paired so well. I got the P9. Pho Chat/Vegan Pho. It was amazing and hit the spot with the veggie broth. My mom got the B1. Thit Nuong Cha Gio, the signature vermicelli. She devoured it. We had this all paired with hot tea. I was super pleased this place had specific plant-based options. It made ordering super easy. just what this gal from Texas needed after a day of exploring Portland.
