I love maplewood coffee! It is such a cute little converted house in the neighborhood. The food is always fresh and delicious, and their coffee and tea selections are great. The staff is also very kind and accommodating. The only con is they get busy very fast. I would recommend going on a weekday over a weekend.

A delightful find. Stopped by for a drink and we were pleasantly surprised by the menu and plentiful seating. We were instantly greeted by the scent of something delicious in the air. Customer service was top notch, friendly smiles and helpful to newcomers. I had the ginger peach tea and it was very satisfying and flavorful. We didn’t know that they had food and we had already eaten elsewhere but next time we’ll stop by and try their menu items. The food looked so good. I can’t wait to go back. 🤩 It is very comfortable; I can see why customers enjoy the space as a place for inspiration and ideas for their work and art. This is a GREAT place to meet for a first date in the day time. It’s romantic and has a variety of seating options inside and out. We even saw friendly little flower bouquets available on the front steps ; ) There’s a walking trail head nearby as well. We didn’t have any trouble finding parking but keep in mind that it is nestled in a residential neighborhood so you might need to walk a block or two on busy days. But that’s ok. Walking is good for you. Update: we went back and both tried the garden bagel. It was delicious. The micro greens complimented all of the other flavors and textures perfectly.

We love this neighborhood coffee shop. We loved the old owner and we’re loving the new owners! Drinks and food have been fabulous since they re-opened! Awesome local family runs this place! Everyone is friendly and the shop is always clean. Highly recommend. Wait times are typically 25-45 minutes for food.

super cute place! The potato breakfast bowl had good flavor. I really liked it! The mixed greens side salad is small but tastes good as well. The chai was amazing! You can actually taste the flavor and spices! If you are planning to do any work, just know that the place is pretty active throughout the day, so you may need some headphones if you're easily distracted by sound. Inside, seating might be a little hard to find if it's busy but there is outside seating as well. Also, be aware that due to it being located in a residential area, parking may be a small challenge. Overall, this place is worth the visit and I would return again to try the other food and drinks.

Maplewood is a cute place in the Multnomah Village area that has a lot of great pastries and drinks from which you may choose. Pretty good atmosphere inside and the baristas are friendly and efficient. Today I got the chocolate chip pumpkin bread and the vanilla cinnamon latte, both of which tasted great. The place can be a little crowded and it can be hard to find parking outside, but I'd say those are the only drawbacks of the establishment and they are very small "problems" anyway.

What a little find! Nestled between trees in an quaint neighborhood. A beautiful historic home has been converted to a coffeehouse. Gorgeous inside! Calm atmosphere and music. Plenty of seating for larger gatherings and twosomes. Outdoor seating as well when the weather cooperates. Unique drinks and food with a nice variety. Will cater to meat, vegan, gluten free and in between. Friendly staff. Glad to make it here and I’ll be back.

The best, food and coffee are so good that there is always a line, but they keep it moving and plenty of seating. It has become our go to Sunday late morning breakfast spot. Seriously, the food is excellent across the board.

I almost don't want to review this place because it's so great I don't want it getting crowded 😅. I tried it for the first time today with a friend, and was not disappointed. Small, spacious sleepy neighborhood breakfast and coffee place. Amazing food. Amazing vibe. Amazing staff. Amazing customers. Just really great all around. And they have congee 🤤. This reminds me of a small unpretentious coffee shop I used to go to as a youth. A place you'd have a coffee and art class, or a neighborhood clothing exchange, yoga class, you name it. It is a beautiful garden for community.

everything I've had so far has been great. breakfast bagel sandwiches, breakfast burrito, scones, and cinnamon rolls have all been great. I think the coffee is good, but I'm not a great judge of that. Good outdoor seating, good indoor seating, and a nice feel in a converted home. I also love the location being tucked away in a neighborhood away from everything. Polite and friendly staff, good food and drinks, and good atmosphere - will definitely return regularly

A beautiful coffee shop that is off the beaten path in the tiny little neighborhood of Maplewood. This used to be a general store, post office, and residence, turn coffee shop. It’s got a beautiful charm with great staff. The menu is awesome and the setting in and of itself is just wonderful. Set some time aside for just yourself or with a friend and enjoy the morning.
