This place is absolutely AWESOME! It is literally my favorite coffee shop to go to. Not only is it inside of Powell's books where you can access like literally thousands of great books. It also has amazing coffee and biscotti crisps which are my favorite cookie in the world right meow😻🍪! The baristas at the coffee bar are very nice and have always been so good at making perfect cups of coffee and tea and they make it with love and a smile. I could go on and on about how wonderful they have been to me but you should really come on in for a visit and experience this place for yourself and you will see that their coffee is fire🔥☕😍 and the loving and peaceful atmosphere is just as amazing,

Other than me spilling my coffee all over their table, chairs, and floors, and having to scrub it up because... im clumsy... the place is great :3 Dont let me scare you off, I promise I'm not here often enough to ruin your great time :)

We alway stop by the book store when we're in town. Such an awesome coffee place inside an awesome bookstore! We enjoy the simple coffe we ordered and there's plenty of seats to enjoy the array of books. If you're there to do work, it does get a bit loud and busy due to the influx of people coming and going.

Cozy cafe inside Powell's. They have a decent variety and offer free water. You can get a small bite to eat and read at the same time. The Lemon blueberry muffin was delicious. Parking is awful, but it is close to bus lines and not too far of a walk to the Max line.

Very busy, on the weekends you might not find seating in the cafe. However its a well lit, clean, and pleasantly bookish place to have drinks. It can be a little bit loud because it's attached to Powell's but I didn't find it overwhelming.

Great place to come and get you study on. Or just chill in a great environment and read a dope book. Staff can come across as pretentious most of the time, but that's there problem. You know the typical Portland hipster that believes the world is out to get them and make there lives difficult so they must be offended by everything they can think of to be offended by. So ordering a drink and smiling at them and saying thank you can come across as you oppressing their individuality.

Worth the visit! The coffee and snacks were good, but what made it special was Arnold, a man who sits in the shop doing truly magical paper flower art. He makes the paper float in the art before turning it into incredible flowers. It's mesmerizing.

LITERALLY the biggest bookstore I've ever been to and it is absolutely AMAZING! Friendly staff, healthy vegan food options, and they'll when store your baggage behind the counter if you are traveling through. Stupendous!!!

Nice coffee shop in the Powell's bookstore. Offers a variety of snacks, like the zucchini loaf, many cookies, bagels, among others. Everything we tried was tasting very good.

A great little coffee shop inside of Powell's books. You can grab a great cup of coffee and spend as long or as little as you like previewing books before making the decision to purchase them. Seating can difficult at times, as it is very popular.

This is a cozy atmoshere to read, craft and relax with a hot house beverage :) I spend most of my time here and the staff are always friendly and personable. Coffee is always on point and super affordable. If you're new to portland or going on a first date I highly recommend this location.

Go for the atmosphere, maybe enjoy a cup of something while you're there. While walking the sidewalks of Downtown Portland while vacationing with a friend, we saw many conversations and table-top gaming and reading and we wanted some! The café and bookstore exceeded our expectations.

Pretty good coffee shop. Seems like a nice place to work or meet someone or just relax and read a book - whatever you’d want in a coffee shop basically. Lots of space and good atmosphere.

Powell's books is an amazing place to get lost in, and the Graphic Novel's section is located right inside of World Cup Coffee. Perfect relaxing into a creative place to let one's mind wander. The only reason I don't rate it 5 stars is because often it is difficult to find a seat.

A portland landmark, no visit to portland would be complete without a visit to powells city of books. Take a break from nurturing your inner bibliophile with a superb cup of coffee and politely people watch as other patrons peruse their literary picks
