Great cafe with awesome outdoor seating and lots of space inside as well. The tart I tried was amazing. The coffee was very good and made with skill. They did not have any sugar free options but did have dairy free. The Staff was super friendly as well. I really enjoyed the space.
This is a beautiful basket and café in s former library building with a large front patio and a spacious indoor setting. I noticed on my most recent visit that the staff were new due to the quality of service. Hopefully they will get up to speed soon.
The people who work here are always so pleasant, helpful and joyful! I really enjoy the times I'm able to come here. The food is delicious - beautiful bread 🤤 but everything is good! There's always a fun group here and live music on Saturdays! I was here for Christmas Eve last year and the violinist, as well as the staff made me feel so welcome. Such a great spot and mainstay here in North Portland 🩵

What an amazing place to sit and eat. The staff are incredibly friendly. The food was extremely delicious. The vibe was very chill. The person who took our order had such a nice vibe and the person serving our food was genuinely friendly. They were all down to earth.

What a wonderful place! This cafe has a little of everything. We came in for a quick coffee, chatted it up a bit then found ourselves hungry. We decided to get some of the baked goods for an early lunch and it was pretty good. The flavors in my pastry was full and went perfectly with my coffee. The shop is pretty spread out, so you can have a conversation at a comfortable tone. I would definitely recommend this beautiful cafe to my family and friends!
The food was good. Bakery items are delicious and the macarons are a must. They don't carry any substitute gluten-free loaves for patrons with an allergy though. So if anyone in your party has a sensitivity, you may be fine for a breakfast meet-up, but for lunch you'll be limited to salad (and maybe soup depending on the recipe).
The service was fine; standard walk-up. We had two transactions during our visit. Nothing notable, great or bad stood out.
The atmosphere is wonderful for an easy breakfast or lunch in any season. The patio is quiet, and a gem to have in Hollywood. The inside is spacious with plenty of natural lighting. Good easy and calming environment.

Great coffee and a nice location. Lots of outdoor seating, which is perfect for relaxing on a weekend morning. We had a cinnamon roll and chocolate croissant for snacks, and hey we're both spot on.
I really enjoyed the selection for breakfast. Pastries are outstanding! We were there for a brunch, with live harp music, so the experience was five-star.
Our first trip and had to bring home a few options. You can see half the chocolate croissant did not last long enough for a photo! Delicious, we will be back.
Only a 4/5 as I would have like a little cozier area to enjoy a coffee and baked good, inside when the weather is less than ideal and of course Covid is a thing of the past.

Really friendly staff and delicious food. The soups were excellent and the bread . . . is absolutely the best.
This is a great spot in part because their pastries and breads are delicious but also because there's a large amount of tables/space for hanging out with your beverage and tasty treats. I had a wonderful little serendipitous delight while there as the Grant High a cappella was hanging out near a seniors group meeting for coffee and they convinced the choir to sing for us.
This is the greatest bakery. My mom is a pastry chef and this is the bakery that she loves to go to. Their seasonal pumpkin scone is amazing and their croissants are everything you could dream of. Miss coming here all the time
Excellent food and service! Even though they were incredibly busy with a high school group, their staff was amazing! The quiche was delicious and the cinnamon roll was delectable! I highly recommend this Hollywood treasure!

I recommend Fleur De Lis bakeries almond croissant or savory ham and cheese croissant to anyone wanting a delicious perfectly laminated flaky croissant or croissant lunch item. They are perfection.

The sweet heat chicken sandwich is heavenly, and it's such a pretty cafe tucked away in Hollywood. I need to come back soon to try the pastries!
