Definitely the World Cup pub hub - has been beyond special to watch the games in such a great atmosphere! Food and drinks are amazing as well - sausage rolls are the best! Would highly recommend.

Best place in the city to catch a game. Food is delicious. Bloody Marys are on point. Staff and patrons are some of the friendliest around. I always leave here with a smile.

Comfortable neighborhood space. Best place to catch a match, full stop. Draws large crowds of passionate supporters for whatever big matches are on, so the atmosphere is electric even if your team isn’t playing. It’s really what a quality soccer bar should be!

The best soccer pub in Portland. Great people, great food ( even if you are a vegetarian) and they have Everton quietly placed throughout the whole pub. I live in Seattle and this is a stop I make every time I am in town.

Great environment for watching the World Cup, wonderfully friendly service, and even when some food orders got lost one of the 4 times I’ve been there during World Cup, they apologized and comped meals. They’re doing a great job in a crazy busy environment! In closing: ¡Viva México!

Despite being a Liverpool supporter I was welcomed by the staff at this Everton/Tottenham favouring venue. The food was great and the English ale was like taking it at home. Well kept, served and tasty. A great friendly venue for sport and basic hospitality.

The food here is just incredible. I lived in London growing up and it's the only spot in Portland that hits just right. Their Sunday roast today was next level and happened to fall on my birthday which was excellent. Very nice server's and a chill atmosphere. Had a great time. Guiness was on point.

Loved this space! We visited for the indie pop brunch and adored it. Nice vibe, delicious food and well priced drinks. We tried all 3 of the little pies (3 people having a third each) and it was perfect. Enjoyed the bucket of mimosas and had an excellent chill Sunday.

stopped here on a whim saturday morning and let me tell you — what a hit! my AU father in law was asking for a place that served a full english breakfast. i laughed because i have never seen one in the US. we stopped here because it was open air only to find that it was a British footy club pub. we found out full english breakfast with baked beans and blood sausage / black pudding, had a pint, HP sauce, coffee and OJ. the server was hustling to get food out to all the tables and he was actually super fast and really friendly so kudos there.

Had so much fun just reading the menu at this place! Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice decor. Great selection of beer and cider on tap, and more options canned also. Steak and Ale pie is my hands down favorite meal so I HAD to order it. It didn’t disappoint, but I am personally used to eating them in Scotland and England and this wasn’t quite the same. The pastry was great and the flavor was excellent... it just wasn’t quite the same as at home. But I still would order it again and highly recommend it! Also the portion size was huge and was shareable! The side of gravy for the chips was super yummy, highly recommend! Sticky Toffee Pudding was also delicious and a must have even if you’re full!

Great English pub, with everything you want from one - Guinness on draft, excellent fish and chips, bangers and mash, scotch egg and all the usual fare. Well prepared food, good vibes, football on the screens, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

A cool British style place that plays soccer games and has some good eats. My colleague had the fish & chips while I had the bangers & mash. This is the first time where I ordered a meal, whereas before we would just have some drinks here. The bangers & mash was very delightful. I think for me the game changer was their gravy. That gravy is just sooo good that I feel like I could just put it on anything and it will just make things better. The service is pretty good as you order at the counter and then they will bring the food out. The space is of a good size with a larger back room for larger parties and a nice outside patio on the side.

the most wonderful, beautiful, magical pub in all the land ✨🌴🍻💕 the drink selection is fantastic, the soccer games are a riot, the parties are so fun, the food is incredible, and the people are the best !! whether it’s for a delicious brunch with mimosa buckets, a quick and tasty lunch, or a mouthwatering pie for dinner, you really can’t go wrong with this amazing place. truly cannot say enough good things about the toffee club. as the sweatshirt says - it’s more than a pub; once you get to know the place it is a community 💚 #toffeefam

This place has over the top phenominal food. Everything was amazing. You order food and drinks at the bar and sit wherever you'd like. I had the (George) Best Burger, which was a beef patty w/ irish cheddar, irish bacon, and "seasonal" toppings and chips (fries) on the side. I also had to try the scotch egg, which was absolutely perfect. Part way through eating we decided we needed the soft pretzel, which was on special. That thing is insanely incredible! Don't forget all the divine sauces and mustard, which were all perfect as well.

We have loved the fish and chips here for years. Paired with a Dark ‘n Stormy it is perfection. We are now enjoying the outdoor seating. The fish and chips here can’t be beat. Miss the old recipe mushy peas though. They were divine.

This is a great soccer watching spot. There isn’t a ton of atmosphere, but the great beer selection and beautiful venue make up for it. Large roll doors let the space flood with natural light. I had a morning pie, which was great to get me going. The pints are priced right and they have footy on tv. It’s super close to downtown, would definitely go again!

Reopened! Wooohooo! 100% legit British pub. Proper 20oz pints. 16oz pints also an option. Tasty fish & chips. Mushy peas. Proper football on the tele. Low comfy stools & benches around tables. Darts. Foosball. A room in the back for FIFA game competitions & soccer viewing parties etc. I love this place.

In Portland for work and stopped in hoping to see the Aston Villa preseason match, and they turned it on for me. Niki, one of the owners chatted with me for a while, as did the friendly staff. The steak and ale pie was fantastic! The space is good sized and open. Definitely coming back.

English football pub. Trivia wednesdays. Music on fridays. Solid beer selection and a wonderfully open, well-lit, and charming atmosphere. Sweetest staff. Unique but limited food selection (especially if you're a vegetarian). Foosball, darts, and board games. A happy place :)
