This is my first time in Oregon and Taste of Bangkok was an amazing introduction to Portland's food scene. The manager and staff were very nice and welcoming. The thai food here reminds me of the original flavors you would get back in Thailand. If you want authentic Thai food i highly recommend this place. You must try the golden triangle, spicy drunken noodles, and thai iced tea to top off your meal.
This was my first time at Taste of Bangkok and it was truly delicious and the spice level rocked my world. I had the Tom Kha soup with extra veggies and prawns. It was a huge portion so I now have some leftovers that will probably be eaten very soon. It was authentic with fresh, local ingredients. If you haven't tried this place you should! Excellent prices too!

This is a quiet little place near Lloyd Center. It is very clean and the service is quick and friendly. I had tofu Pad Thai and it's some of the best I've ever had! Highly recommended!
I love the people that work here. The food is delicious, but the service is really why I keep coming back. Also the Taro Smoothie.

I am an interning from PSU with a State agency helping guide foster teens to prepare and become more ready for adult life.. For Christmas our young foster teens usually gets the short end on Christmas gifts, so this Christmas and for my end of the term final project I decided these teens need POSITIVE EXPERIENCES with a adult in our community. I asked may Thai restaurant owners friends to participate; Taste of Bangkok supported their community with a food donation worth $200, meaning 10 teens and 10 outreach workers will be able to enjoy a face to face experience together at a nice and HEALTHY restaurant setting! Amazingly fantastic place we decided to hit up on a whim, our family noodle lover absolutely loved The Noodles they had in a curry soup at. I thought the Thai peanut sauce was as good as any I've ever had! The people that worked here were delightfully helpful and enthusiastic about helping us out. Even gave us friendly suggestions about what to order or to expect from certain dishes that we weren't familiar with. Oh... Don't forget to order the candied rice with mango for dessert, you won't regret it.
This place makes great food. The curry is amazing, had yellow curry with tofu and extra spicy. Loved it. The spice level was great and what you would expect from extra spicy.
It's dangerous living so close to this place as I will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Taste of Bangkok is truly said here... Delicious and the level of spice is spot on. My daughter got the pad cashew and I got the green curry. Appetizer of chicken satay. Everything was very tasty. And the service was quick and friendly. Very clean place open seating...
Great Thai food! A friend who used to live in Thailand found a dish here that he'd never found in the US before, Khao Soi. The Thai iced tea was awesome! And beyond the food, the staff were friendly, helpful and excited to serve us. The restaurant has a clean and inviting atmosphere.
I really enjoyed eating here i came here with my sons Godmother i had beef pad Thai with Thai tea and some sticky rice the lady here was very friendly and asked us twice how we liked it my friend she had yellow Curry ..I love Asian food I am Half Thai half American my dad raised me but i never knew how to cook Thai food definitely love to learn
Great items on their thai street food menu. Also, really friendly owner and addictive Thai iced tea. We particularly liked the Ba Mee Ka Moo. Had it twice on our trip.
What a gem of a Thai restaurant. There is nothing pretentious about this place, but it is authentic, tasty and quick. We have never had ginger fried rice, but they have it and we want more.
Loved Taste of Bangkok! We had the Pad Kee Mao / Drunken Noodles lunch special.
The food here is pretty decent. Don't be put off by the location. It gets packed around lunch time. Good food!
