I had a fun time @the Halloween piano duel show last night....it was amazing! Such a chill fun vibe and the musicians had a great energy about them ....very talented. Service was excellent and this is the second time I've been to their show. Not disappointed yet! Only upkeep needed is the restroom. Need to be remodeled and cleaned better. Other than that, I super recommend! I haven't ordered food yet so I cannot comment on that.
This place was great and I will definitely come back!
My only criticism is that they really need a fan or just something to circulate the air. This place gets really crowded and even with cool temperatures outside, the inside just gets too hot and stagnant.
So wonderful to have the dueling pianos at the Barrel Room back in Portland. The new venue is in a great space. You must visit for a weekend night out, girls night out, parties of all kinds.
Love this place for sing alongs and dancing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere: caught the tail end of a comedian's set and enjoyed some dueling pianos. I like ordering drinks and food from my phone and having it brought to the table. Overall great place.
Fantastic place for music and ping pong. John was not only a fabulous host but also a great musician. This place needs to succeed!

Our first night in the US from Vancouver, BC, we stopped in at the Barrel Room for the jam night. So much fun. Staff was so helpful and the environment was warm (but AC was cool) and easygoing. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Thank you all so much for a great night!!
Randy was the greatest bartender ever! She took such great care of us on a much needed girls night out! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
The dueling piano experience is not to be missed. Lots of fun to go with many people

A very nice place and why without much expectations. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed every bit. The drinks in buckets were cute and not very expensive. The live band was amazing and the waitress was doing an excellent job! Definitely recommend
Great place for food and music. Very friendly staff. Chris was a great host and is a great Bass guitarist. Very entertaining and a great experience with the dual pianos.
I had a lot of fun. Great music and wonderful vibes. The BUCKETS of drinks don't disappoint, and neither does their resident pianist, Nathan.
Pro tip: buy tickets in advance to get a table, because if you're like me, you'll be staying a while and $10 a head (or cheaper on Groupon) is worth it, cuz you definitely throw money down to get them to play Barbie Girl.

Another bartender should be able.
Weekends are awesome. Mix of all ages. University students to 60 somethings. If you want a seat for the show definitely buy tickets in advance. Otherwise enjoy the bar or outdoor space.
Phenomenally fun spot. Lovely, fun crowd and sing-along music, if you so choose to. Drinks and food are above the average fare for bars, and reasonably priced.
So glad barrel room is open again! This is one of my FAVORITE places to bring people when they visit Portland. Great atmosphere and drinks, and the musicians are SO TALENTED AND FUN.
Fun spot for good music and a good time! Went with some people from out of town and they enjoyed being able to put in requests for the dueling pianists. Lively atmosphere and good service.
I forgot how fun this place was! Hadn't been in over 5 years and had such a good time! The musicians were hilarious and had me laughing the whole entire night. I highly recommend this place to go with friends!
