Never been at night, but their lunch is one of the better bar menus in Old Town / China Town.
Service is always exceptional the 10+ times I have had lunch there over the last few years. Cool, laid back decor, fast lunch (less than 10 minutes) for 3 people getting burgers.
Prices are about 8 bucks

Always great service whenever I come in. Great atmosphere, not a party scene, but more neighborhood bar. Great place to come n have a couple of pints, spend time with friends or even study! Food is comforting bar food.
I don't come here as often as I would like but when I do its always a good chill time. My girlfriends and I like to meet up after work and relax with a drink or two. Never so crowed that we can't get a seat. Drinks are reasonable and service is good.
Very quiet, perfect place for a group of people who just want to have a nice sit down eat n' greet. Only problem is one of the bartenders seems to be very rude and/or purposefully oblivious to anyone who identifies or carries the appearance of a female.
Its a great pub with new ownership. It is still LGBTQ and everyone welcome. There is a new LARGE outdoor area. Activities, happy hours, food/drink specials daily (had the big French dip with tater tots and the "adult" root beer float drink special last night, YUMM). Karaoke was last night's activity
Food was good. Service was mediocre. Middle of lunch on a Saturday and they had one guy acting as runner, bar tender, and waiter. If you want lots of attention this would be frustrating but it's a nice place!
Great bar that on the right night meet with friendly guys, friendly nice staff and I use to cool-off if get claustraphobic or over-egoed at cc's around the corner.

Nice bar with great service and good pub food. We received great bar service and our bar tender made the night fun. Ricky runs a tight bar and makes the place fun.
A regular occasional bar I visit when in downtown Portland...friendly staff & patrons...low key...decent food menu. Good place to meet friends...hang out...& relax.
This lil bar is a perfect place to grab great grub and a ice cold beer. Always great customer service when I've been there.
