Osaka-ya Japanese Restaurant - Portland - Photo album

Had a nice experience here. Food was hot and fresh. Everything tasted good. The sushi and sashimi was well-prepared. The tea was hot and flavorful, though no refill was offered. Altogether, this is a good place to grab a quick bite or a full meal. Family-friendly establishment.
Nice atmosphere and fast service. Food was pretty good and had just the right amount. Friendly and helpful staff.
They have a great happy hour in the lounge! A nice low key atmosphere if you want a more quiet evening. The service has always been friendly and quick and the food delicious. Definitely give the pot stickers a try. I have also tried the Katsu Don Buri and really enjoyed it. My husband has tried the
Really fresh sushi. Great salmon teriyaki bowl - not too much sauce. The place is a bit dated and not hip, but the food is very good and prices reasonable. It reminds me of dozens of places in japan that look the same. I recommend this sushi if you're in south waterfront.
Above average Japanese cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere. This is a great spot to get sushi, noodles, yakitori or a variety of other Japanese dishes served by very friendly people in a comfortable and casual setting. Drinks are cold and Happy Hour is great. There's also a fair amount of parkin
Great authentic Japanese food and sushi. I grew up in Japan and I can guarantee that this is the only true authentic Japanese restaurant in Portland. It is under new management so you have to be patient. The owners are always there and they area really nice and welcoming.
Despite the bad reviews this place has, I have nothing but good things to say about Kojis. I came here last night with friends and had a great time! Our server took awesome care of us and we were never waiting even a second for anything, as she communicated with us very well. The food was good, sush
We go to Koji every single time we're in Portland, so at least several times a year. The ramen is really authentic and always consistently good. There are three locations - one right in the center of downtown, on Broadway, one on the east side by the Lloyd Center, and this location on the west side
Good to great sushi for very reasonable prices. Services leaves a little something to be desired, sometimes, but excellent value overall. Great happy hr.
I wish it were still under the same ownership. Good is still good, but not as great as it used to be. Plus they don't give you nearly as much as they once did. I don't live in Portland anymore, but when I'm craving Japanese, this is the place I'm dying to go to.
Highest quality sushi on the West side! I have been going for over 30 years! Spicy Tuna HR and soft shell crab appetizer are hard to beat!
Excellent authentic Japanese dishes including real quality Sushi. Great Happy hour with special menu and drinks. Sports on three tvs.
Sushi is very generous in size, and made to perfection. Traditional Japanese style interior. Separate bar in front. Tempura is great if sushi isn't your thing.
Very clean. Good service! I just had one kind of sushi, but it was good!! I will go back to try more food.
Such good food. The interior is so cozy. Great decor. Sushi very well done. Best pot stickers and tempura.
Service was a little slow but we got there shortly after it opened for the evening which may explain it. Happy hour gyozas were delicious, and the noodle soup was also very tasty.
My family and I have been going here since I was little. The food is always amazing and when I lived in a New England for five years I'd still by whenever I was in town. Now that I'm back it's become a regular spot for my husband and I.
The cuisine has been superb on every visit. The service is great. So rare is that the atmosphere is also relaxing.
