As always, Kiva does the best facials I have ever had. I already can't wait to go back. Not only for her extremely soothing and magical touch, but for her amazing, caring and beautiful personality and soul.
The cafe has delicious food and drinks. I enjoy snacking before or after my spa treatments.
Kiva offers such a special experience. I did not expect the atmosphere and the decor to be so calming and therapeutic. My sister got a massage and I got a facial. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fabulous day! The Spa was beautifully appointed, the staff was wonderful, helpful, skilled and personable (without being chatty through the treatments) and for the cherry on top, the headrests on the massage table was the most comfortable I think I've ever been in!
Audrey was very personable and lovely to chat with. She provided a safe space for me and helped me feel relaxed and comfortable with the hot stones massage. She was responsive to my requests and I got firm pressure. I am very grateful that Audrey stayed for my appointment, especially since it ended
I had a massage at Kiva with Michell. Wow!! Even better than I expected. The whole experience was wonderful, from arriving at the spa to enjoying the free tea at the end. I’ll definitely be back.

Today we got massages at the spa and once again it was wonderful. Michelle is MAGIC! I worked in the industry for six years before moving down here to Portland a few months ago. I had had a massage with Michelle once before that so I knew I needed to see her when I moved. Highly suggest coming here.
